I used to eat here when I worked at the Publix in the next plaza, I remember it being very good. I remember it being busy and the workers were very friendly and accommodating, so when my cousin came in town I wanted to share that experience.When I came here a couple years ago I would have gave it five stars but this visit was much different. When we initially walked in, there was not a soul in sight. If the door wasn't open I would have thought they were closed. We waited a good 5 minutes before somebody came out front. The lady that came out front was all sweaty and out of breath rushing around didn't even say hi. When we finally gave her our order she rushed us through it and I had a bag of three subs before I could say anything. I said "I'm sorry are these sandwiches made to order because my husband wanted to add some extra condiments?" she replied "yes". She did graciously take it back and redo it lickety split, so I'm not complaining about that. It's just the overall lack of customer interaction, lack of wanting to give the customer the best possible experience, and the overall visit left me not wanting to return.I don't know how the sub was so I can't rate it because I didn't get what I wanted. I asked my husband to rate his sub from a 1 to 10 one being the lowest 10 being the highest.... He said -2. Really unfortunate because I remember this place being very good.
Horrible. This place has deteriorated greatly over the past several of years. There's no wonder why it's always empty. Workers, rude. Food, not steamed. Cheese on the dorritos not melted. Dirty inside. Won't be going back to this location.
I went in and immediately they started to pressure me into ordering(even though I was the only person there) and I informed them that I had never eaten here before so I kindly asked if I could take a second and just look at the menu. Instead of just letting me look at the menu he decided to ask what I wanted and what do I like and so I felt pressured to just pick the first thing I saw and omg it was so bad. I got the southwest salad and it was the worst one I have ever had. I will not be coming back!
Great place to eat. Food was really good and had a good selection. Service was great.
They almost put some meat on my sandwich . I ordered a Cuban. Mostly bread. I'm not one to leave a bad review. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure I ever have. I'm very disappointed. Considering I paid $7 for a sandwich with pickles and a 2 thin slice of meat.

Ordered the beef and cheese sandwich which I have gotten numerous times. Got it to go. Got to my office and noticed there was two pieces of thin meat throughout the entire sandwich which was also plastered with the mustard. Never gotten it like this from them before. Very unpleased with the little amount of meat on this sandwich.

Not impressed! Bread was doughy & my husband's was suppose to be toasted & was only warmed. 2 little tiny tomatoes, a pinch of olives, a pinch of this & that. Bet yall making the money on those toppings. We won't be back.
