Very slow service took about 30min to get my order even tho there was no other customers. Sauce area and floor was dirty/sticky
Love the food. My favorite is the chicken tenders. However the workers are sometimes really slow and forget to add your sauces when you ask for extras. So just make sure to check your bags! But the food is absolutely delicious!
I ordered the 10pc nugget and a milkshake. The nuggets were at perfect temperature and perfectly cooked. The milkshake was nice & thick especially through the small diameter straw which prevents you from finishing it too fast. Service was very prompt and polite.

Three of us went. My burger was good. The Spicey chicken sandwich was declared passable barely and the 3rd burger was cold enough to be inedible. Fries were once again a split deal. Slightly under cooked but one liked them, second said ok, third not impressed.Most of the drink containers were empty. The cashier was nice though. Overall I personally would be willing to give them another try but more than likely we will stick with Wendy's or Sonic for so so burger fast food.
Some of the best burgers and fries I've ever tasted. The staff here is always so friendly. We make a trip to Montgomery from over in Georgia about once every 2 months just to eat here. It's well worth the trip.
The Eastchase location was beyond terrible. Worst experience ever. When we got their there was a couple exiting the store. No one else was inside and three cars plus ours in the drive thru. We finally made it to the window and waited a few mins before she said pull up we are waiting on fries. After 15 mins waiting on fries we noticed the car behind us receive a bag of food thengive it back and given back another bag. I had this crazy thought that was our food so I decided to go in. By this time it was 20 mins of waiting and the employee stated its coming up, we gave your food to someone else. I was like what! I requested a refund which seemed to make her mad. I never once received an apology or anything to make it right. Btw we can't blame this on covid, the lack of employees because there was atleast 4 working with no one there.
Used the drive thru, service was good. I dont eat fast food much and i havent tried too many spicey chicken sandwiches but this sandwich was THE BEST ive had of anywhere. Really enjoyed it. Must try it if you are a hot chicken person.
12/26 at 345p. Five minutes after walking in, a staff member finally acknowledged us. She informed us that it would be just a few more minutes to take our order since they were in the middle of shift change. Six people working, all playing on their phones, talking to each other, laughing and preparing drive thru orders. The entire staff working this shift, including any managers need a full retrain or be released back to the unemployment line. I couldn’t imagine anyone getting decent service or returning air this is how they provide a customer experience. I will never come to this Milo’s location ever again!Also, note that during the same time we watched two other groups walk out (they were waiting longer than us). If there was an option for zero stars I would selected it.
I've heard tons of hype about their burger for years and I wanted to try it out. It was a huge disappointment. The burger consisted of a dry patty and cheese on a bun. Nothing more.I would've given them less than one star but their tea and EXCELLENT fries saved the rating.
