We were in line, just before taking our order manager call the person taking orders to work drive tru. Waited and was ignored in line for 15 minutes then the four of us left. McDonald's does not want walk ins anymore. Just rude.
It was ok, the issue was they have McDouble Bundles posted at the drive thru like most Franchise McDonald's but states its a cheeseburger instead.. why have it to there to alter it?
The manager is kind and went above and beyond. The other workers would not take the time to listen and just wanted to talk at me. The manager is 5 stars!! Our food was good too.
Routinely bad service. The staff appears bothered to serve you. There are a couple of employees who care, but for the most part they literally won't talk to you unless they have to.
The manager was rude. I give manager an A+ for her commitment to the MCD brand by having a gold and red wig like Ronald, but her customer service skills need major improvement. Wasn't given a receipt at the first window and when I asked she got mad and told me to pull up. I didn’t and never do. Glad I didn't, because they messed my food up. They took it from me and then made it wrong again, or should ibsay just scrapedoff the wrong things. Didnt even have the common sense to get all of it off or refresh my condiments on my burger. I had to correct them twice. I asked for a plastic cup for my tea and at first they didn't have any, then I asked for a McCafe cup and then she said "we ain't go not tops, but let him figure it out." The quality of service is subpar at best. 30 minutes later... I guess it just the poor work ethic in this town... sad honestly.
Yawl don't even deserve any stars! Rude and disrespectful is their character. Drive-thru order missing an order. We mention it before driving off, and she YELLED they didn't order another #7 and we ordered four #7. Gave drive thru the reciept. Also, let it be noted that she was rude to the worker at the window as well. She snatched the receipt out of her hands and saw that the order was correct as of the customer's mention. The rude COOK OR MANAGER, WE DON'T KNOW HER POSITION, FIXED THE FOOD AND HANDED US THE BAG. She BALLED THE BURRITO UP AND THREW IT IN THE BAG. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.NOW!! We as customers pay for yawl to have jobs. We deserve respect as you would want it given to you. Keep your NASTY attitudes away from the workforce because your destroying the character of ALL MCDONALDS in Montgomery, AL. The food is already Nasty as it is because it doesn't taste the same, the food be cold or half done, fries is NOT THE SAME. I mean to be honest, McDonalds aint the TOP McDonalds it use to be and that's sad...
Just when I thought this location had gotten better, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a curbside order. When I tried to go inside to ask about the order, the doors were locked. I had to spend another 15 minutes in the drive through to get my order. I won’t be returning.
I would give 0 but it's not available. I ordered quarter pounder with cheese have receipt to prove it and pictures of what I got. No cheese. Also husband canceled his order because nothing to drink that didn't have carbonation in it. Out of sweet tea. Never again!!!!!!
6:20 and door is locked…..need to fix signs. Edit: Wife waited at door for 20 minutes and employees acted like they couldn’t see her.
Busy location. No complaints , only thing i would say is check your food before you drive off because sometimes its missing. Other than that good place
