Went here for food. It took a long time to come out. We ordered on the kiosk because no one was at the counter to take orders. Saw another customer wait almost 10 minutes to place his order. After receiving the order the employee just leaves without providing our drinks. After waiting 5 minutes she comes back to see what we're still waiting on and hands us cups. There is no tea available for self service so we wait another 5 minutes to let her know we need sweet tea. Finally get our drinks and eat. The service was ridiculous. Food was sub par. Which I suppose is to he expected at a McDonald's
The days of expecting a quick trip in are over. The staff is slow and service is slower. When the drive they is busy forget about going inside to order. They lost our order several times
Asked for a plain bacon cheeseburger and it only had bacon and cheese with no meat. Also found hair in my granddaughters french fries.
The staff is terrible at this location. I literally stood there waiting for 15 minutes for someone to finally answer my question about what I'm supposed to put down for the tent table number bc they have none when I was trying to place my order on that screen bc no one would come take our order at the counter!. Then I waited 33 minutes for two cheeseburgers and nuggets and fries. The fries were over salty and the burger was old chicken nuggets weren't fresh either which they should have been after waiting that long. My daughter waited for 5 minutes at the counter to ask for ketchup and no one ever came so I told her just to forget it. The whole time I was in there all I heard was laughing, cutting up, talking,and cursing in the back. No wonder it took the food so long bc no work is going on. Also the lobby was not clean. Tables were dirty and sticky drink station was dirty as well. The place was just awful I really wanted to ask for my money back but I probably would have stood there an hour waiting for someone to come ask if I needed help at the counter. This place should be shut down or whole new staff.!! Will not be back!
I order a double quarter pounder no bun, not only did I get it on a bun the pattie’s were also raw. I was so sick because I ate a piece when I felt the texture was soft in my mouth. This establishment needs to be closed down
Besides the Sprite tasting like IV fluid and them never having two drive thru lanes also never filling the fries all the way to the top and the chicken nuggets looking like display nuggets at an Open House that you aren't supposed to eat...well that's the end of it. I know I said besides as if something positive would come after this but...I can't think of anything. They don't seem to close early and randomly like the other restaurants in the area.
It's McDonald's. Of course is good greasy food. McDonald's coffee is the best out there. Don't waste your money on designer coffees.
I'm impressed. Mc Donald's had started going down on my list of fast food. But this experience was actually pleasant. The food was good and fries were hot not to salty. Good job people I will not cringe next time I get mc Donalds for a lunch suggestion..
Ice cream machine was broke. No signs posted... used the automated ordering kiosk and paid, had to wait for someone to say machine is broke then had to wait for someone to refund our money. 5 people total.
This McDonald’s Is TERRIBLE!! Food is beverrrr fresh EVEN WHEN ITS FRESHLY COOKED , meet here dried up and the buns be stale ! The drink machines stay giving out watered down drinks !!! Been terrible for yearssss I try my best not to go to this location. If you’re from outta town go to Atlanta highway, Zelda road or Fairview.
