We went to the McDonald’s located at 1590 Eastern Blvd. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Went through the drive through and the lady at the window was probably the rudest person I have ever met. Same with the manager in charge. They both started arguing with me because I was letting them know I was missing a chicken patty, only to come to know they had put the extra chicken patty in my McGriddle. They started demanding for the McGriddle back and I just ended up leaving. I honestly hope I never come across such disrespectful and mediocre people ever again. DO BETTER.
I can not praise the drive through staff enough. There are a few occasions where they see my toddler boys in my back seat screaming waiting on their nuggets, and they have given them a free toy. My family is on a budget so if we get fast food, we do like a 20 piece with a fry and split it so that free toy for these heathens has been a blessing! Plus they are always patient with me.
Fish was fried too hard. Advertised national French fry day but none of the employees had a clue about free fries for the occasion! ?
I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s because most of the employees are unprofessional. The young man at this location that took my order on 7/10/22 at 8:20 pm was very polite and professional. Thank you for that.
One of the better locations of this restaurant chain. No hassles with drive thru orders, nor on curbside orders. Staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. One of my favorite locations to frequent consistently.
This McDonald's needs to hire some new and professional employees. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything close to how some of these workers treated me.. Visiting Alabama for a quick trip for my graduation and i stop for breakfast for my two children on the road back to our home state. It was roughly 7:30 am on 5/14/22, I proceeded with my breakfast order and asked for pancakes. He asked me if I wanted the meal, I said no just the pancakes. I pull up waiting for my food and I receive everything but the pancakes. The lady that gave me the food asked me if I was waiting on something. I said, "yes ma'am the pancakes". She asked to see my receipt and I gave it to her. The pancakes were not on my receipt. I thought to myself, an easy mistake on their end and proceeded to ask her to ring me up for some pancakes please. She told me that I needed to go get back in line to order them again or come inside. I told her that I did not have time to get back in line or come inside (i had a 14 hour drive ahead of me) and continued to ask if she could just ring me up at the register right in front of her. She proceeded to ring me up after asking another associate. Doing so, she continued to run her mouth talking about me right in front of me. Another worker came up next to the window and proceeded to engage in the conversation about me. This is beyond disrespectful and very unprofessional. If my children weren't so hungry I would have just left the pancakes but I was willing to pay for them after they made the mistake of not ringing them up. Also, to sit there and listen to them talk about me right in front of me is very disrespectful. I know great customer service and this surely is not it! Additionally, my children most definitely did not need to hear everything they were saying about me all because i didnt want to get back in there long line or get out of the car to come inside. I will most definitely NOT be returning to this location ever again. I doubt anything will be done about this situation but hopefully this review is helpful to others.
Ordered a meal and the teller at the window lied and said they did not take my order and to drive around and order again. His manager came to find out why he was messing up orders. What he had done was charged someone for my order and wanted me to leave the line to hide his mistake. Also he was sitting at the window and when he stood his pants hung to his thighs (he had on blue boxer briefs). Very unprofessional and I felt sorry for the manager as she has to babysit this kid AND pay him!
The morning crew have nasty customer service. They serve hard biscuits, burnt sausage mcgridles, hot orange juice, etc.....They're in need of some new workers that care about others.
Only reason it’s 4 because of the manager Ms. sanders. Yelling at employees so loud you can hear it from the dining areA. I asked for some help she was a little rude “he go have to wait” she didn’t know I was there on business from the owner. I understand when it’s too busy but it wasn’t that busy. I waited and she still didn’t bother to even see what I needed. But everything else was good.
I use the app to do my order because I know it is Complicated so it pops up on their screen just exactly the way I want it ordered. They still didn't get it right. The floor in the hole place is slicker in grease. If I had any other place I could have got something fast I would have.
