The self order kiosks didn't work properly upon entering, and the floor felt like they were cleaned with chicken grease. I had several instances of needing to catch my balance on something because I nearly slipped. Didn't help that the manager was loudly berating and employee out of sight. She wasn't any more pleasant up front either with her best being described as cold and unhelpful.
I was just there. A young lady went out of her way to fix my order...coffee with espresso. She made me so happy ?..already had been to another McD..I will be going to this one when I am in Montgomery from now on. I do a lot of business with McDonald's.
We got bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. Well the hashbrown needed to be cooked a little longer. And the coke was flat. My husband got the coffee it was good. The breakfast dessert was cold.
Honestly, this is the best one I’ve been to. Breakfast drive thru gets you in and out in about 2mins! Compared to the other locations in Montgomery, this one is the best! I’ve never had a bad experience or a rude worker.
They have all those young kids working.they can't get your food right because they be on tiktok.and facebook.cant even put their phones down.and the Manger don't say anything.... not all McDonald's just the one on Zelda road.the lobby was so nasty and the floor was greasey.
It's okay bad customer service..hardly ever get your order right..sandwiches be sloppy at times..get it together Mackey D's

The biscuit was fluffy and delicious. The customer service was great. I will definitely go back to this McDonald's.
