Great serv food was fresh no long wait..
When I arrived: there was someone parked across 2 parking spots w/someone in driver seat, the lobby doors were locked 3hrs after they were supposed to be open, no one came to let me in (the outside crewman let me in), and the food was just above warm with no southern hospitality.
Every time I’ve visited this McDonald’s it takes a while and there’s usually something wrong with my order.
Really clean. Breakfast is 5 out of 5 but the lunch/diner isn't very good. Service was fast.
Was not busy and it was lunch time when we were there. Very clean place whete you eat and they were fast with the food. They do need an update to their bathroom. The hand soap dispenser didn't work and they had duct tape holding it together. The toilet paper dispenser was broken also..
Burger was cold fries were hot until I had to go in and get some of my order corrected
Such horrible service. It would take too long to list all the ways, but basically just blatantly ignored every single thing we said or asked for or said. I get it being busy but this was just rudeness and complete disregard for decency. My 4 year old was crying because he was hungry and needed a fork and I asked nicely like 10 times before I said, "can I just come grab one otherwise? I see where they are and my child is really hungry" that finally got her attention because I thought she was gonna come sit on me and started coming at me.
the kids in back booth des and myquann they where awesome good customer service… they were very friendly
Horrible!!! 5 cars back in drive tru for 20 mins. Fairview Ave. location Finally left. ? Sad!!!
Same as always, service is never great. Fries were a bit soggy this time.
