It was a decent experience. The food was normal. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was pleasant
I pull up to the drive-through window and the person says how can I take your order, I start to order and then she says can you hold on? I said sure. Then she proceeds to take three cars orders in the other drive-through lane before mine. That is unacceptable. Then when I finally do get to order and pull up to pay the girl takes my card doesn’t say a word, hi how are you, thank you, nothing.
Usually goto a different mcdonalds but not much gas said to come here. The order itself was wrong cause according to the order taker she couldn't hear me when I was basically yelling the order. And then she sat there rushing me and seemed to have an attitude.
Terrible. Waited almost 30 mintu order placed inside of store. Had to ask for my $ back that's when they wanted to get folks inside order ready. They were specifcally doing the drive thryu people 1st. 0nly on Zelda Rd.
Sad staff. No motivation. They had an attitude. I asked for a salad with an attitude they let me know they no longer sell salads. News to me!
Happy Meals we’re out of toys but they didn’t tell us until we asked why were the toys missing. They gave us cookies instead. Also our online order requested ketchup in the happy meals in lieu of sauce, but they didn’t give us any.Last apparently if you buy a 10 piece nuggets, they charge you extra for sauce, on the app. None of them are free.
Last 2 times I have come after 12 noon and 130. Espresso machine has been cleaning. Is there not a a slower customer time that Espresso can be cleaned..just wondering ?

Visiting Zelder Rd McDonald's placed 2 breakfast sandwich order, gave my card and didn't get receipt.Only later to find out that I was charged $7.79.If going out getting so expensive without a receipt you can't even do a survey.When I got home I woke my wife up to eat,only to find that the muffin was hard and the biscuit was so hard,I thought I lost a tooth..
Fast and friendly service which is everything when it comes to dealing with the public (3 stars for that) , but sadly the food was cold. It seems like they already make the food and warm it up before selling, waste of money today & i couldn’t turn around due to needing to be on time for an appointment. But great customer service, better luck next time I guess.
