One of their worker's, Ben, is the most polite and friendly McDonald's worker's we've ever met. He helped us when our order wasn't quite right. He got us squared away. Pleasantly surprised by this great customer service!
Love there curbside pick up lady was nice and made sure I had a straw and napkins
Went there last night and and ordered the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal with a large coke and 10 piece nuggets with hot sauce and barbecue sauce.when I got to the drive through they told me that I didn’t order the meal and when I got home there was only six nuggets and no sauce.so if you want your order right I suggest that you don’t go to the one on Madison Avenue.
Found several hairs in my food and they weren't mine. My hair is blonde and it was black curly hair. Not sure if this happened to others today. I normally have great service it's just disappointing and nauseating to get almost done with your food and find hair. Not sure what would be a feasible solution but I don't want it too happen to anyone else.
Missing food food not made right I ordered a big mac extra sauce it came with extra sauce but no meat ordered mcchicken didn't get it waited 15 minutes for food because they said they are waiting on fries and then when I do get food fries are cold try calling the store and of course no one will answer the phone but it probably wouldn't done any good because the manager is only as good as her boss is so I don't think they will ever change
Horrible service they doubled my order for me and my coworker and tried to charge me 36 dollars. I told them that was wrong then they said I'd either need to pay for all of it or wait 20 minutes so they could fix it...they have no leadership or desire to want to be better.
Placed an order for a McChicken add cheese and mcdouble only cheese but instead got a cheese burger and a double cheeseburger??♀️ they weren't even busy enough to mess up tried calling the store and if course got no answer?
Love their chicken nuggets in the french fries but some of the employees need a little bit more work on their attitude
I really wonder how this place is still in business, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person receiving bad service horrible food. Pull up to the first window and the worker looking at me crazy in her house coat like she just got out the shower put up to the next window and shower lady gets my order wrong then the girl in the front window gets retarded looking like I don't know what I'm paying for I'm really sick of these McDonald's having bad service you all need to do better. It'll be a long time before any McDonald's gets my money again
Very clean for a McDonald’s but atrociously bad service. Had friend get a shake, and they then told him after he paid that the ice cream machine was down. Then saw another lady get completely ignored by what seemed to be a manager, so then out of frustration the customer walked out reasonably so. So avoid this McDonald’s for sure!
