10 people behind the counter , im the only customer in the restaurant and it took over 15 minutes to get a LG fry and coke. Employees more concerned with who's going home next. Don't care about customer
Not only was my pickup order not correct, but the guy that brought my food out to the car was sagging his tight pants so hard that he couldn't use two hands to carry our food. His hat was hanging off his head as well as his headset. Where's the professionalism. It starts at the top. We gotta do better my people.??♂️

3rd time ordering through Doordarsh and they close at 11pm I ordered at 8:41 they accepted my order only to not cook it and let a dasher get it now its 10:24 and I had to cancel it...Absolutely horrible will never get my business again..
All I ordered was a happy meal and a double cheeseburger....soooo u mean to tell me ya'll was too busy to give me a fresh burger, let alone to melt my cheese?! I gave this establishment chances time and time again but if its not bad service its bad food. It seems like no one does their job with care and I'm tired of spending hard earned money for terrible food and service. Forget how convenient their location is, nothing can make me go back here???
Personally I'm getting sick and tired of wanting a milkshake and the lazy black girls always say sorry the ice cream machine is down, well it's been down since 4 months ago and the parts to fix it came in withing 2 weeks later the worker said so how the hell is it still down 4 months later, I'm talking about the McDonald's on day street by the way in Montgomery alabama, if the ice cream machine has been down all this time how the hell have I been getting an oreo mcflurry instead?????‽???????‽
