I think improvements are needed score 81...management on the phone discussing the terminate of another co worker by a manager. We ordered chicken sandwiches they were dry. We shouldn't have second guess ourselves especially after watching the cook stand near the front picking at bumps in his face near the French fries. Maybe going im after 8pm is not the best time. McDonald's GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!
Not sure what's up with Fast food chains ... Horrible super long waits. Food quality is going down besides the side of the food.
The grounds were super clean. The cashier was helpful and kinda the food was hot and fresh and I could tell the grease was fresh! Thank you!!!
Terrible service, lady had an attitude taking my order, and didn’t even tell us our total. This McDonald is different from the others and I don’t recommend it. When I got to the front to grab my food, people were out of uniform, so the manager is doing a terrible job as well. I’ve worked at fast food so I know what the conducts are supposed to be.
The girl that took our order was rude on March 05,2022,she was sitting down on a stool and had AirPods in her ear… terrible service but the food was great.
So I work right up the street from here and get off at 10pm. Most stuff be closed over there, so I came here . I ordered a quarter pounder and got home it wasn’t even cooked. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo I received the sandwich (sloppy-and warm) and the drink…no fried. I ordered a mcChicken for my son and he said it was hard as bricks. Basically my household was still hungry that night and 20.54 went down the drain.
I ordered a small coffee and medium Coke. Both were good. I also used the restroom and I noticed that sink would not turn off in which I mentioned to them. They are aware that it needs fixing.
Cleaner than most they never burn my toast. Chicken sammich so good it be doing the most. I always frequent this particular 1
Excellent service. Ice cream at 8 pm which is unheard of at almost every McDonald’s I’ve been to. Fries and hamburgers are freshly cooked. Did I mention ice cream at 8??? Extremely impressed at the courteous employees as well.
Today will be, more than likely, my last day getting anything from this location. Everything was barely warm, and the sweet tea tasted like it was a couple of days old. Yes, I got the bundle but geesh, I guess I'm being taught the true definition of "you get what you pay for"! $3.29 Thanks Micky-Fleas! Give me back my Chick-fil-A please!
