ExtraMostBestest? No, I know what that looks like. Place used to be great, but has gone downhill fast. This happened last time I went here as well: that time they tried to lie to my face saying the pepperoni was "under the cheese". It wasn't, and isn't this time either. It's a dollar so whatever, but stop lying to your customers! Not going back to this location again, even though I live half a mile down the road. I'll just grab a Mama Cozzi's from Aldi next time - more pizza for the same price!

I usually order from this location since it’s closer to where I live but never again will I order here. The food it good and so never had a problem with it but it’s just the lack of customer care/ Support. I order a delivery and it wasn’t even delivered so I tried to call multiple time and I don’t get an answer at all I hate to leave a bad review but it’s better that could be done. I can’t call anymore to get a refund or a replacement order they just don’t care.
Be aware. If it’s close to closing this store will say they delivered a pizza but actually cancel the delivery. You won’t get your money for 7-10 days because the chose to stop doing their job
Be cautious before ordering and read the reviews!!! Terrible all the way to corporate supervisor and it shows all the way down! We will see what the professionalism is at the top. Normally I record conversations but didn’t have it with me. ?
My daughter is at college. Tony is the manager. They said they delivered a pizza but didn’t. She hasn’t ate since yesterday. Only had $20 dollars and the customer service is saying they will investigate. NOT REFUND BUT PUT A REQUEST.
Just talk to the so called supervisor Bre. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was rude and did not listen or bother to find out who the manager at the store was you would not believe her responses to me! When I told her the customer service was bad and she didn’t answer my questions she said we’re getting nowhere and hung up. Is this the little Caesar trend.
