At 10:12 today, I wanted Krystals and not knowing they had stopped serving in the morning like they use to, I was told in an uncourteous way that that's at lunch. It could of been said better, like this, "I'm sorry but we no longer serve krystals during breakfast hours."
Fresh and delicious and Krystal’s has changed there fries they taste even better than before
I grew up with Krystal burger and have always loved them. My service was quick and the food was hot.
Eating at crystals in a couple years this is the 1st time in a well. Glad to know everything's still the same. They are very consistent
Understaff wait in line for more than 15 minutes get to the speaker take them a while to get your order don’t let u finish just keep saying is that it until u finally say that was all very rude nd slow service the wings are the best thing about the restaurant
Poor service! Went through the drive thru at around 8am and tried to order chilly cheese fries and some cheese krystals. We were told we were not allowed to order lunch times until 12pm. Breakfast only. We knew this wasn't right because we have received lunch items in the morning in the past. As we drove off we placed the same order into Grubhub and it was delivered to our house immediately. Pretty strange?
The only reason for the two stars was because the food tasted good. The crew member that took the order was rude. No professionalism. She was rushing me at the window. Ughh I will never eat at this branch
Recent visits have proven to be Quite Superb!!! There are two (2) VERY SPECIAL ATTENDANTS at Drive-Thru who are the Best & Greatest I have encountered! They remember my order and provide requested items w/o constant daily reminders... Their attitudes are always very pleasant, respectful and engaging! It is truly a noticeable difference when neither is on duty...
Went to get breakfast for my grandchildren, and they was patient when I was ordering because I had no clue what to really order, seeing that my grandchildren are picky. After I spent too much time holding up progress, they were still courteous, professional, and at the window the food was ready in less than 30 seconds. Awesome customer service.
This location is one of the worst businesses I've ever seen. Not only do they lie about their business hours, they also allow customers to sit in the drive through until you yourself have to speak up first because they lack professionalism. After sitting there for over 10 minutes, I say hello, only for stomped l someone to respond by saying we're not open yet. I'm quite sure this is not the proper way to run a business, however in my experience it is better understood to let others know you're not open by maybe not turning on the lights and posting that you're closed to help people not waste their time and take their business and money elsewhere like I will. Krystal has lost my business moving forward, because this continues to happen week after week and nothing is done about it.
