5 star taste, 1 star store at the Atlanta Hwy location. You aren't allowed inside, causing a tremendously long drive through line, which is not open 24 hours as stated, and they shutdown and block off the drive through anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half before their advertised closing hours from what I see almost daily. The doughnuts are good if you can deal with the wait time mess.
The Krispy Kreme in Montgomery is having an unbelievable deal on doughnuts. Two dozen for $15! One has to be original glazed and the other can be assorted. In addition, there are some exciting new flavors to try out. The classic glazed doughnuts are always a must if the hot light is on. If you like this review, please like and share it. Terrible and inconsistent. You get good service when one of the "good" people are working, otherwise forget it. Went on a Sunday morning and the lobby was locked, even though it's supposed to be open at 6 am (it was 9 am). They have cinnamon roll donuts on Sunday only, but today they hadn't made them "yet." Did I mention it's 9am and they've been open since 6? Be honest, you're not going to make them "ever." Went back at 2pm. Lobby STILL locked, still no cinnamon rolls. Ordered two iced mocha caramel lattes through the drive thru. Got two hot coffees poured over ice with a little sugar. Bitter and terrible. I could have made that at home. They really, really failed today. And their drive thru sucks. They never have the donuts on the menu. If you can't walk in, turn around and leave.
I was trying to call them to reschedule my online order and nobody answered the phone. The lady at the window was nice though a little slow. Customer service rep was great! Website sucks. It kept trying to make me click on the catering ad and would not let me X out of it and eventually I figured out how to bypass it.
Donuts always great. The issue I have was we had a pickup order and we called ahead and were told we could go into the store for pickup. Not true parked and went to the door but it was locked, so had to get back in the car and go through the drive up pickup window. My point is if you call the store you should get the right information when you call.
Terrible experience with the manager Nick. Ordered ahead of time on the app, but refused to give us what we paid for because of computer glitch with order. We had to pay AGAIN just to get our four dozen. The manager was rude and hostile after we paid for six dozen, but only received four. Claimed it was a corporate problem, but then told us he couldn’t take care of it because it’s a corporate store? One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Other staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately they looked to a rude manager to not take care of it. Thankfully, even though I over paid and dealt with an awful person, my students will have their treat in mentoring tomorrow.

Five stars for service, tidy and organized space, etc. One star for taste because I didn't like it and I will not eat it again. I have tried Kripsy Kreme many times in other countries, and it was far better than these donuts in the US. Its just too sweet. I couldn't tell what the taste of the donut was because all I could taste was sugar and sugar ...
