This place is an absolute BUS. 10/10 would recommend the chefs burger. Cooked to perfection, fries were seasoned, service was amazing, I would give it 6 stars if I could
Some of the best wings in town, very solid burger (get the Joe burger!), good fry on the catfish dinner. Joe is a great restaurant operator. Even when it's crowded, he keeps things moving fast and the food tasty. You won't regret your visit, and it will probably be the first of many.
If I could give a zero star I would. The customer service was horrible. My family and I visited Joe's Again on March 21, 2022 and we were accused of lying. We ordered a 20 piece whole wing & fries meal, but only received 14 wings. Once we got home we noticed that it looked like it missing something, so we counted and noticed that we were short 6 wings. I called back to let them know that we were missing 6 wings and the gentleman that answered said he'll call us back. So I said you have my number, then he says yes it's on caller ID. So we waited, after 30 minutes went by we decided to start eating. After 1 hour went by I called back up there to see how they're going to solve this issue. He then tells me that the cook said she put 20 wings in the pan. I said sir, we counted 5 times and I called you before we started eating to see if i need to bring it back but you said you'll call me back. Then he says it your word against her. So I say I have no reason to make up a story. Then he says we get people trying to get free food every day. Needless to say I will never spend my money with them again.

Food was great. I had the pork chop dinner and my wife had the catfish and shrimp. We both enjoyed it and will go back. Wish they had better parking but it'll suffice.
This was my 1st & most definitely my last time going here, the burger was huge but had no flavor & on top of all that my red velvet cake had a long piece of weaved hair in it, the employees were nice though.
This is a hidden gem. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but I highly recommend going in and ordering. I had the Trout, 6 wings (Jamaican jerk), mac & cheese and baked beans. It comes with 2 slices of bread, tartar sauce, Ranch dressing and condiments. I had a slice of delicious red velvet cake as dessert. The portions are large and well worth the price. The trout was cooked perfectly and served hot. It was flaky and delicious. I really love the wings. They were spicy enough, but not so spicy I couldn't enjoy how good they taste. The beans were well seasoned, mac & cheese was homemade and everything was delicious. The cake was moist and the icing tasted amazing. The only bad thing is I live over 12 hours from the restaurant. If I am ever down this way again, I will definitely stop. The lady working the counter is so friendly and provided outstanding customer service.
At first glance the burger seems plain, but the patty is seasoned to perfection. The cake also was great as as well.
Literally Googled “best burger near me” and was exactly what I got! Huge and delicious! Loved the beans with the jalapeños and meat. Absolutely what I expected down south. 1000/10, highly recommend.
I love this place. The food is the best on the West Side!!! As long as Joe's Again is open they will have my business. When Joe was alive he always interacted with the customers. I miss him so much.
