Nearly double the prices of other locations. I won’t be coming here, overpriced. Charges extra for adding extra veggies too when all other shops it lists as freebies. I’m not paying $7 for a mini sub when it’s $3.50 other places. Over $11 for normal sub when usually $6.50. This place is a rip off.
I went to this store for the first time. The young woman at the window was rude and rushed me to order and I was the only person in line. I got a turkey sub I wasn't asked what I wanted on the sandwich, it had very little meat, it was cold... when I got home I added mayo, pickle, onion, cheese and more turkey! Never in life did that. I paid $10 for a sandwich I had to make over myself at home. And with the bad service just makes me not recommend your company to anyone
Bread was inedible. Hard enough to knock you over.
SLOW.... don't care about wasting people's time.... especially when they have a limited time for lunch....pick up the pace.... your dining room is not open...soooooo...

Hit the drive thru at2:30 p.m. and was closed. Sign in window said short staffed.
They really were freaky fast!Especially for a big order. Both staff members I talked to were so courteous and willing to answer questions. It was my first time ordering at a Jimmy John's and it was a pleasant experience. The sandwich was great, too.Edited: I have gone onto the website and filled out the feedback information, for the company to pass along to the franchise. Because everyone needs positive reinforcement. ?
