Went in the downtown location for lunch with a coworker. Coworker was giving his order and I was reading the menu. the young lady ask me if she could take my order. i was still looking at the menu and told her i needed to use the restroom and i would be right back to give her my order. the doors had combination locks on them. i went and ask a worker if they had to have a code to get in and he said yes, i then told him i needed to use the restroom. he told me that the code comes on your receipt. i said ok but i needed to use the restroom before i order. he told me he didn't know what to do about that. i informed him i was going to eat lunch there but i will be leaving his store never to return. the guy acted like he didn't care one way or the other. i was shocked and this place is run by that guy so i wouldn't recommend going to this place!
Double the prices of other locations. Standard sub is $10. Little mini sub is $5 plus tax. I won’t be coming here, overpriced. Charges extra for adding extra veggies too when all other shops are free. This place is a rip off.
We came in at closing time and the guy made us a great sandwich and told us to sit and enjoy it. Great food and we enjoyed the conversation. We will be back.
The guy taking our order apparently hates his job. He rolled his eyes numerous times and was sighing loudly many times while he took our order. All of our sandwiches were wrong. No one was friendly nor helpful. I would not give this place even one star.
We were in town for a sporting tournament and there were a lot of players and families in line for lunch. I will say they moved the line pretty quickly but wow did they seem irritated or put out that so many people were there. Our order was not accurate either. Usually JJ is such a happy place. Not here.

Asked if I could sub turkey instead of capicola. They charged me 17. The combo should not be that expensive. Ripoff
Was in this location very recently and they were having a bad day for what ever reason. The lady behind the counter was getting truly overwhelmed as orders were taking a long time. However she was a constant professional and no customer walked out mad. The food was excellent. Went back the next day and everything was running smooth. The owner needs to give this lady a raise.
Ordered at 11:30 for a 12:30 delivery … waited until 1 pm for it to be delivered - called the store to see what was happening and couldn’t get them to answer. Now I have no food and no refund.
Worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Have given them several opportunities to fix themselves before writing this review but have had several horrible experiences here. Walked in here today for lunch and was curtly informed by the rude man being the counter that they were “sold out”. No explanation, no apologies, just “we’re out” while motioning with his hands across his throat. At 12:50 pm. Seriously? I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
