I had to have my order canceled as the driver claimed they could not get on base even though the gate guard said yes as long as they leave an I’d. I have since tried to contact the store for 3 days and nobody answers the phone. What do I need to do to get my CC charge reversed?
Me and my girlfriend ordered online through the app at 7:00 for delivery and we were waiting for over an hour for our food and we were monitoring the progress and the time kept getting pushed back while saying waiting for the driver then after an hour the order was canceled without any input from us so we tried calling the store but they would not pick up so we went to the store and they had a sign that said they were out of bread and they never had the courtesy to call and let us know so we asked for our money back and the employees said they could not do that till the manager gets there in the morning and we have been calling all day the store opens at 10 and it is currently 3:20 and they still have not picked up the phone the reason we are calling is my girlfriend payed for our food and she lives and works in Troy so she cannot come down to be at the store so we are still waiting to get our money back for food we did not receive and did not let us know that they were out of bread till we physically went to the store
The sandwiches are great the service at this store is horrible. I started only ordering online for pickup in an hour and purposely arriving 10 minutes after the pickup time. Even then the order is late one out of four times
I've ordered from this place a few times, and they have ALWAYS gotten my order exactly right. Three times last year were online orders, and they met my specifications to the letter: gluten-free bread and no cheese. I ordered online yesterday and was able to pick it up today right at the counter. Once again, everything was correct: gluten-free bread, no cheese, and scoop the bread. I will definitely do this at least once a month because it's truly worth the price.
Service was slow and customers in line were prioritized over those who had placed online orders. Three times I asked when my order would be ready and was told that it would be right up. After asking for a status 30 minutes later after seeing everyone in line ordering in person get their food and leave, I was told that they do not make tickets in the order they come in but that in store customers get priority. If this is your training and store policy as we were told by your staff, it should be revisited. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and using the app.
I order from this location at least twice a week and the only reason I continue to is because it’s the only one in the city! Ive also WORKED for jersey Mike’s in another state so I know how EVERYTHING is SUPPOSED to be made and unless the GM is there my food is NEVER right! On top of that if you want to place an order over the phone after 4 FORGET IT because they NEVER answer the phone! Don’t get me wrong when they get it right it’s great but I’ve had more bad experiences than good and if Prattville was a little closer I’d probably go there!
