I like this jack's, though sometimes they seem short staffed or something. I appreciate how hard food service is though. They always get my order right!
I usually have a good experience with Jack's. My only complaint with this particular Jacks is they are not proactive in just acknowledging your existence when you pull up and they are busy. I have sat at the speaker for like 3 minutes (which is a long time in fast food) with NO acknowledgement of my existence and I just have to hope I am not sitting at a closed establishment. I don't think it is asking too much for someone to just say, "Hold one moment, please".
The employees were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I went to have a team meeting with my supervisor, and we had an excellent meeting. We were the only ones eating in the restaurant (our team), but it was a very lovely and welcoming environment.
Visited to try the Fried Green Tomato BLT they're hyping in commercials now. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The thing has too much bread, hardly any sauce and very little bacon. Will not be going back.
If I could give zero I would, I waited over 20 minutes in drive thru, by 8:30am I had to leave because I would've of been late for work! Don't worry I won't be back at that location.
I came to Jack's on Sunday at 9:20pm and they said that they close early tonight just tonight when I said I thought you're closed at 10:00pm they said no we close early tonight just tonight so so I asked if they had anything left and they said all they had was chicken made. So i left. CRAZY!! Folks just don't wanna work these days and they has a full staff and was even brought someone food to there car that was parked I was in drivethru
Sat in the drive thru with a out 4 cars in front of me for about 15 minutes with no movement. Finally moved up and sat for another 10 minutes. Finally had to say screw it and leave.
Is been good every time I've gone. I especially enjoyed the fried green tomato BLT.
This place is nasty inside, Jack's on Eastern Blvd. In Montgomery, AL. Around the soda machine in the lobby was moldy and dirty.. There were people who walked in, possibly off duty employees or just friends of employees who were behind the counter and in the kitchen. One of them had long hair and was leaning against drink cups with hair all over the cups..They were handling money and then food without washing hands or using gloves. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.
Their Chicken Fried Chicken dinner is the Bomb Diggity!
