Always get great food wheater we order on Doordash or order there it's always hot and delicious. Best fries in town best chicken fingers in town and great burgers too.
Food is pretty decent. It's a shame the service is so poor in contrast. Avoid this location if you can help it.
They were polite and professional. I will return do to that part. The 3 stars were given because of one part of my order was wrong. Suppose to have 2 strawberry cream pies. One half was an Apple pie. The picture below is proof.
HIGH UPSET- After waiting 10 minutes of watching 3 ladies hover the expo I was greeted and not in a way that I saw fit. Young lady (A) starts taking the order, unable to find menu items so another lady from the office (D) heard her confused expressions and decides to help. (A) then yelled at (B) stating “he want 12 tenders” (B) responds “he gone have to wait 15 minutes”. I said “Ok That’s fine”. It’s 3 people bagging orders so I don’t understand why are they making careless mistakes. I checked my order before I left to make sure the sauces were in the bag & the correct sides.((A)&(B) had recited my order wrong twice) Get home to 8 Tenders total -noticeably small in size. Literally 3 of them were half of the other pieces.I had to call, I started expressing my concern and the young lady interrupted me and said “you can come get the 4 tenders”. I live 20 minutes away (Prattville) so I couldn’t come back on tonight, I asked can I come in the morning before work. She said “No, we can’t give it to you tomorrow, you gotta come tonight”. After trying to then speak to a manger she stated she was the manager and argued me down she didn’t have to give me her name. Then a different young lady is now telling me “I gave you 12 tenders, you ain’t get 8 but you can come get the 4”, I said “excuse me, you’ll are distasteful and awful, why would I have to lie about food ma’am I spent $22 I want ALL my food”. The phone hangs up! I was in a great mood that’s why I decided to bypass the drive-thru but to get treated with piss poor customer service is unacceptable and I’m highly offended.Maybe I should’ve left when I no one wanted to take my order. I WILL STARVE MY WAY TO PRATTVILLE JACK’S NEXT TIME!
Jack's got it going on. I like to get the deluxe breakfast in the morning. Let me tell you what's in that meal. You have hot grits, eggs, bacon or sausage, gravy, biscuit, and hash browns. I ask for jelly to put on my biscuit. I woke up with Jack's breakfast on my mind.
I go to Jack's as often as possible. Each one I've been in is a pleasant experience. Food is always terrific. Employees...always terrific. Prices...always terrific.
I use to be a regular customer at this Jacks it’s always something When I go …..just recently 2/6/2022 I was in drive thru an I heard tha visit cashier talking trash about me smh and this not my 1st time hearing this cashier… I always order tha same thing and they always get my order wrong.. these young ladies that work at these windows are rude .. I will no longer visit this location….
The chicken this time was out of this world!! THIS tasted like the Jack's I grew up on. Non greasy, flavorful, & fried just right. None of that rushed, half cooked chicken where I literally saw the flour on it. For the prices of food nowadays everything needs to be right, NOT just the sides or beverage. Whomever the crew was yesterday 11/21/21 about noonish or a lil after bc football had started LOL...THANK YOU!! Jack's you might meed to look into this & figure out how to keep this crew or have them train others
Went to Jack's for the first time in a couple of months, and it was a good experience. Wasnt too crowded and was able to get our food quickly. Good all around!
