Cooks are totally unprofessional! Sent out the wrong food - twice, overcooked eggs and cold beef tips. we sat here an hour for this garbage! The whole time we could hear the cooks cussing, laughing and playing. It was so bad that the wait staff was complaining. Our waitress was very apologetic and sincere, but Mr. Mike, the manager, totally unconcerned. Then he sent someone out from the kitchen who identified himself as a manager. Not to mention, I saw him in the kitchen cooking, he claimed that he was in the back doing inventory and did not hear the continuous and excessive use of foul language. The leadership at IHOP in Montgomery, AL has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!
The Food was absolutely good and fresh the supervisor had great hospitality 5/19/22 and walked around to check on the guest . The food was so good that we went and ate two days in a row with the same server . Today though 5/20/22 two thing I didn’t like about my experience today was my grits wasn’t cooked completely in the middle but they corrected it and the comments and conversations and horse playing in the back of the house from servers kitchen staff and supervisor he went as far as to play slap a server idk if all that bothered me so because of where I was sitting but I didn’t think none of that was very professional at all I really thought I was going to enjoy my food in peace and also the bus boys didn’t do a great job when we sat down our table was wet and our menus stuck to the table ????
Ihop is ihop and I don’t expect a ton from them. I did an online order for pickup/takeout and they did not give utensils. I think food establishments that remember to include utensils to takeout orders should get extra kudos or something because it certainly is appreciated especially if you’re traveling.I love pancakes and omelettes here and they can’t really go wrong.

I went to pick up an online order and it was ready at the promised time. The food was fresh and was brought to my car promptly when I pulled up. I will go again for a good Sunday breakfast.
Food was delicious. Waitress was good. Planning to return.
Food tasted good. Maybe bland grits. Like the gluten-free options. Pancakes are delicious. French toast tasted great. Excellent service. Kitchen was a little slow
This ihop is horrible first the manager mike didn’t really help with the problems I had 1 I paid $30 for steak tips mashed potato’s corn a salad drink and a Oreo shake all the sever came out with was the corn and steak tips then proceed to tell me that was all on my order so I show her my online receipt shows everything ok so now the ice cream machine don’t work no mashed potatoes or salad so I ask for a refund mike the manager no apologies for the food the fact the that the staff answered the then hung up. So he goes to do my refund then take 15 mins to do then he came back to say I didn’t know you where still here I’m like did you solve my issue yet he is very incompetent as well as some of the staff and the girl was lying about the ice cream because he came out and said the ice cream was working! Horrible place. To be the only ihop around in this area.
We waited 45 minutes for my food. A family of 7 people came in,ate and left before we got our food. Restaurant not even 1/2 full. Then it took over 10 minutes to pay someone for us to leave. Call Manager he said next time he will make sure we get our food quicker! It won't be a next time.
Waitress and food was great! Would describe restaraunt overall as "sticky". Bathroom needs a major remodel. They were remodeling the front so maybe the rest of the place is waiting it's turn. We beat the breakfast rush so we were seated immediately and in and out of there pretty quickly.
