If you want hair in your food come to hibachi suchi.Sadly a staple in my family was ruined by the horrible staff/owners not owning up to their kitchen mistakes. Today we ate at the hibachi sushi restaurant. While my mother was eating her food she saw a big chunk of hair in her mushrooms. Disgusted we told the manager. She knew that it was hair and told us she would give us a discount. My mother felt sick and didn’t want to eat the rest of the food in the buffet. When the check came it was discounted to THREE DOLLARS. mind you we aren’t people to ask for refunds but it was unfair for us to pay her meal when SHE DIDNT EAT ANYTHING AFTER THE HAIR SHE FOUND. The people upfront didn’t agree as they stated we could get more “new” food. I had to argue back and forth just to get her food refunded. Also when I was showing them the photo they DELETED THIS PICTURE FROM MY PHONE. As a server myself, I understand things happen. However for the manager to not understand that we didn’t trust their food and to give us a fair discount It’s unacceptable behavior and greedy behavior on their part. Other restaurants would have given a refund immediately as they know there shouldn’t be hair in someone’s food therefore looking out for their customers . It would have not come to that point if only they accepted their mistakes.
Food was really, the waiters and all the workers were all really nice. The restaurant itself was really clean. I haven’t been here for a while, but it was all still same clean, nice workers, and the food was good as always, but I have realized that there’s these homeless people hanging around the restaurant, but that’s not really the restaurant’s fault for that. It seems that the homeless people lots of money by just sitting there begging for money as well as they seem to make a lot of mess. I got to speak with the owner about it, but they say they have tried to get them away, but they just keep coming back. All in all would recommend
Pepsi is very disappointing. ???Hibachi is quite good, along with buffet. ?Sushi was not bad, but not the best I have seen even at buffets.?
All the food had a fishy taste. They were using bleach to clean and it was so strong it took my breath away. Front entrance was nasty and the inside was just run down. 40 for 2 people, wasn't worth 10 bucks
amazingly clean buffet. food was decent standard Chinese buffet fare. not a lot of sushi left when I got there but it was good and seemed fresh (especially for buffet standards) price was very cheap. I'll be back soon :)
Best selection In the city. Love the noodles, chicken, sausage, ribs, bread, rolls, ice cream and seafood. Bathroom was a little messy. Great price.
Very clean, a lot of different varieties of food. Nice relaxing atmosphere and the servers were nice. I would definitely recommend and eat here again.
Some things about the buffet are great, namely the Chinese food. The hibachi is very basic and the sushi is usually not great. I also don't enjoy their selection of American food. Average service and cleanliness and although I am a fan it turns my stomach to see the health score here. (80 @ time of last visit). Since the Chinese food is my main reason for visiting it's not really worth it. A buffet with drink is over $15, however I often see people eating plates and plates of shrimp and crab claws so it must be a value to some people. They also have a panhandler loitering problem.
Hibachi Sushi buffet, is ok food was kinda dry like left to long under the burner, shrimp is so so good.
Always great food! 12 all you can eat bars with something for everyone!
