I am a loyal (was) Diamond member. I had an issue with the rate that I was charged and could not even get a manager on the phone to listen to my concerns. I was told the he reviewed ny bill and will not entertain helping me. This is so unfortunate because I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for about 14 years. Never have I had such disrespectful treatment. I’ve been traveling for 3 weeks a month for a LONG time. This was my second visit to this property… and my last. Very disappointed with the weak leadership and care for loyal customers.
Great stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. You are near shopping malls , tons of restaurants, and movie theaters .Walmart is less than 2 miles away for all your store needs
The stay was great until the housekeeper came in with the key w/o knocking or announcing herself. By the time I got dressed & opened the door to see which 1 it was she was at the end of the floor a if ahe didnt want me to be able to pinpoint who it was. Very rude and this happens everytime I stay on 1 of these properties.
This is a nice clean hotel but is on a very busy road. I was a little upset that there wasn’t breakfast included in the price. We got into an accident right after pulling out of the parking lot. There are a lot of good places to eat and shop in the area.
I was a guest at the Hilton Graden in October 2021, this hotel stands between an interstate and a busy mall area, i requested a room away from the outer areas, they change rooms from one area to a worse area, much smaller room. No blanket no comforter on bed. Room quality was of motel 8... My husband complained of my selection of hotel.
It’s an ok hotel. I Was there for a wedding. I did have to do an extra cleaning in the bathroom beside that not bad. I did enjoy being off the strip with all the stores in the area. All my favorites in one area.

No clean towels!! Very uncomfortable pillows for the price!! My husband and I had to take a shower with big dry off towels!!! That just sad !! I took him there for his birthday we didn’t enjoy that stay at all
They ran out of towels. Room was not that clean. Toilet was filthy. Hotel employees seemed more interested in socializing amongst themselves than helping guests. Go stay at the Hampton which is next door…it’s much nicer
