Traveling through Alabama and glad I tried this place. Excellent food. I had brisket, fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs. Also some sweet coconut pie. Very friendly staff.
A little disappointing. The brisket was dry as a bone. Almost choked. drenched in BBQ sauce is a must. The sausage was bland and tasteless like it was made with boiled port and no salt. Mac and Cheese tasted like it was out of a box. Potato salad was decent, though.
The customer service at this establishment has dwendle severely. Tonight I spoke to the manager Jay about an order that I needed to have replaced due to it being poorly prepared. Jay showed no interest in resolving my issue,, but was extremely rude, and even hung up the phone in my face.. Full Moon Eastchase use to have great food, and great customer service, but now they have neither. I will not be returning to this location, and i will certainly reporting Jay to upper management.
Best BBQ in a long time. Potatoes were great loaded...of course. Burgers and BBQ pork sandwiches on point, even gave my son a free drink ❤ go check em out

I was picking up a delivery for my customer. They were exceptionally busy this evening, but the crew worked well together to get each and every customer's order served in a timely manner. The young lady who acknowledged me for delivery was very patient, sweet, and attentive.
I ate here with a friend the other night. And the guy that greeted us and took our order was phenomenal. Joe Jackson!!!Great personality, very respectable, and attentive.This man definitely needs a raise and could a use a pat on the back for the charisma he brought to the table.
Went in to buy a large quantity of baked beans and potato salad not sure if my order would be filled. It was filled in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding job to the crew working on 19 February.
Good food. I just wish that when you eat in the restaurant the cups they give you were glass or plastic and not the strofoam to go cups used in the drive thru and we didnt get our food served on plastic style prison plates. Other then that it's a good place.
Great food and great service! Portions are more than enough for what you pay for and it was prepared nicely. The reason for the 4 stars is it really should be pay as you finish not pay before. If I want another beer or piece of that amazing pie I have to go back up and pay again. But if that don't bother you then you really should try it out, you won't be disappointed!!
