Super healthy place to eat!Sounds crazy for me to say but it was a bit too much fruit on top. Felt very generous but takes a good number of bites to get to the rest of the ingredients.Was just disappointed after experiencing my first Playa bowl and being amazing. This was not quite that quality of measurement/proportion.Still great though, and I LOVE that places like this exist. Please go and give them business!
I walked in, was not greeted even though I was standing directly in front of the counter in front of FOUR people. I waited patiently but was still was not asked if I was ready nor told it would be a minute before service. The employees were all talking to one another and I was ignored so I left. I did not feel valued as a customer because of the lack of acknowledgment. I've been here before and felt service was fine previously but will probably not return due to this interaction, or lack there of.
A pretty good first experience! Customer service was good, the young lady making our order took her time and make sure it was nice and neat. The frutella was great! One small complaint the pineapple and kiwi were a little bitter on the fruta order but it is definitely worth a try! I'll definitely be returning.
I ordered two bowls and a smoothie. The smoothie was not completely full as it should have been. I stood and listened to the young lady state it wasn’t full. The other worker whispered something in her ear to the extent as if this was okay. She placed the smoothie on the counter then slid a straw beside it. I paid almost $40 for 2 bowls and a smoothie. Very disappointed. Please give customers the proper amount of servings for the price. Also encourage your team to not just place the straws on the counter without saying thank you. Asking customers if they would like a bag would be awesome as well. The crew, young, maybe inexperienced there today 3/20/22 can be a bit more friendly. Customer service is the key to an outstanding business reputation.
The service and food here are excellent!
Stopped at this location yesterday on a road trip. The owner was incredibly hospitable! He offered us a batch of protein bites which I am now addicted to. So delicious as was the açaí bowl.
Frutta Bowl is awesome. My favorite is the Muscle Up bowl and I add blueberries.
