Very friendly staff and good food
I selected toasted but my bread was extra toasted more like burnt I give this location 0/10 do not eat from there look at the second couldn’t been better off going to subway the employees were very rude about the situation didn’t even offer a refund they had attitude they didn’t even care about my order being messed up they also didn’t have any cookies so I had to settle with a brownie and my brownie was hard old chips were also old

So it's a chain. But I really like their subs, and these were made well. They weren't busy at the time we visited and only had one person working. She was great! Quick and helpful and courteous.
Always clean, fast, and good! The gentleman who owns the place always speaks, takes your order, and makes sure you are happy!

Great place for delicious sub sandwich. Clean facilities and courteous staff. The manager, Jan, always greets me with a smile, is very attentive, and even remembers my favorite order, the Firehouse Meatball sub with a side of Loaded Potato Soup. Food is always hot and served quickly. Don't forget to try one of their chocolate chip cookies or brownies if you have a sweet tooth. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
First time I ever walked in the doors of this location. One employee was sitting at the table surfing her phone. The other employees behind the counter. I tried to speak and make conversation because the atmosphere when I walked in the doors made me very uncomfortable and I was looked at directly but no responses and a very uncomfortable look on the employees face no smile no greeting no nothing. I got so nervous I could not even operate the drink machine properly. I noticed even though they said nothing to me, they talked among themselves and then I was told my sandwich was ready so I grabbed some napkins and when I walked out the door I told them they should speak more because they made me very uncomfortable. No paying customer should walk in any food establishment or anywhere for that matter and feel that uncomfortable and upset to the point of tears because it did hurt my feelings. Need to train staff to be friendly and greet customers. I will never go back to that location ever again because of this.
Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone and if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, you’re placed on hold and forgotten about
