Never had a firehouse sub this awful. Ordered the steak and cheese sub with onions, bell pepper, mayo and deli mustard only got meat and cheese. Took it back in and the girl running the place was rude and said they didn't have any onions, bell pepper or mustard. I'm like why didn't you tell me this at the start. Will not be eating at this location ever again.
I have eaten at this locally owned Firehouse for years. Maybe close to 15 years or longer. The owner who used to work there is a great guy and the business donates to a great cause. Firehouse is my first choice when it comes to a sandwich in Montgomery. My favorite is the Italian club +bacon but the meatball sub is great. My wife loves the hook and ladder with chopped pickles. Great chip selection and the drink machine is a Freestyle which I always enjoy. If you haven't tried a steamed sub I suggest you give it a go.
The employee's are very friendly. Our food has been great. You get a decent amount of food for the amount you pay. I highly recommend eating here.
By far the worst sandwich I ever had with hair and all. Horrible to find a hair inside my sandwich. Will never visit this place again. The service was bad as well.
The fiid at this place for subs is amazing. It is way better then the other name chain store. The taste and the meat they put on is awesome. It might cost more then the others but if you want a good sub go here.
Really love the workers, they give us what we ask for and remembers our weekly order.
