Alexander cancels delivery orders whenever he works. I've placed several orders for delivery at this location. I have no problems receiving my delivery order anytime he doesn't work! I'm working on having him removed immediately!
Every time I get food from here it's either not all the way done or burnt. They never have enough employees. The employee that they do have working is always overworked and overwhelmed.
Service here was very unprofessional. Picked up pizza and it was COLD. I called the store manager to let him know and was cussed at and hung up on. I will never order from this place again. Buyer beware if you order from the store on mobile hwy.
So I have ordered pizza from this location a lot because it the nearest to my house. My first issue was a few months back when I placed and order and found out they didn’t make my order because she didn’t have any help there. No call or email to say it was canceled I found out when I arrived to pick it up at 7:30 in the evening. This was to feed my kids because of sports practice and me not being able to cook. My next issue was this past weekend I paid for extra sauce and of course you don’t know if something is missing until you taste it but when I arrived to the store it’s 37 degrees outside and the wind is blowing I ring the bell twice no response then I speak through the intercom they have because they don’t have a inside area for customers. Mind you a lady is standing right in front of the window and finally she tells me he’ll be with me in a moment. He didn’t come to the window so I returned to my car because it was cold and waited until he came to the window before I got back out the car 7 min later he came over and helped me and gave me my pizza that was sitting on the counter the whole time I was there waiting. The lady could have given me my pizza when I first came but she didn’t. To me this store needs to close down until they are capable of dealing with people in the right manner. I am not coming to your business begging for anything I’m merely asking for my food to be correct if I paid my money for it. I am merely asking for human decency and understanding that maybe I don’t want to freeze to death waiting for you to finish making a pizza before you can give me mines. I’m not sure if it’s the side of town this restaurant is in or what the issue is but this location has made me not want to spend another dime with the company all together.
Until recently, the food was good. The last two times were horrible. Raw pizza and then a pizza with extra toppings had almost NO toppings for 25 bucks. Rip off.
This the worst store ever! Never have delivery drivers and the manager has the worst attitude ever!
This is location is very slow and understaffed. Most times the pizza isn't even done all the way.
I ordered pizza from there for delivery to a hotel near by. Received a confirmation email, a confirmation code and an alert from PayPal saying they had charged my card for the order. “Sweet” I think. Forty minutes goes by and I try using the tracker, only for it to say “oops! We weren’t able to find an order associated with your number”. So I call the store, wait on the line for 45 minutes and get no answer. So I call five more times. Nothing! I ordered elsewhere from Uber eats. Never got to talk to anyone from the store or my order. I will be fighting that charge on my account.
I’m from out of town and ordered for pick up. Got it to the treehouse we rented and it was doughy uncooked throughout. Horrible waste of $23 I would advise anywhere else . It was awful I tried a few bits cause I was starving but it melted apart due to how uncooked it was
The food was good delivery faster than expected but not to fast. 4 stars because the cheese bread is a little to cooked. Really good overall
