The restaurant is currently short staffed, but they still work as swiftly as they can to take care of their customers. The staffing issue might cause a slight delay in time when using the pizza tracker. The food is always excellent.

This place never had a delivery driver. How do you have a store and advertise delivery and NEVER have a driver. I’ve ordered from this place several different times and every time I get a call advising me I need to pick up the order because there are no drivers. What kind of management do you have that doesn’t hire sufficient staff?!

My mom works here and yall are writing bad reviews that yalls stuff ain't cooked fast enough but you try to make fifty pizzas in 20 minutes and they are realy short staffed most of the time they don't even have a driver so they have to cancel all of the delivery orders. So they can't take there precious time and I know how hard it is when it's busy cause I have to help my mom at her work cause there are no other staff's.

I placed my order at 4:43 last night was told it would only take 21-31 minutes for it to be ready, I went to dominos around 5:15 & was told my cinnamon sticks (which weren't cooked correctly) were ready but I had to wait 10 more minutes for the pizza. At 5:55, I brought it to the guys attention that 10 minutes had turned into 40 more minutes. He made the pizza for me even tho he likely wasn't trained on how to make it. By the time I got the pizza i was ready to go, forgot my coke & left. When I got home, the pizza wasn't cooked throughly & the toppings were all in the center of the pizza. This store really needs to have everyone crossed trained for a busy night like Friday nights. He was a very nice & kind gentleman doing what he could do so thank you for what you did do. Please consider hiring another person to work here on Friday nights & cross train everyone. 2 people in the store Is not enough for Friday nights which is why I was being patient but the pizza doesn't taste done even after putting it in the microwave or oven

Worked for Domino’s 10 years ago , kudos to the crew for getting my food cooked while being short handed. Especially considering the rude customers ahead of me. People need to understand how long it takes to complete the possibly 20 orders before them . If it’s too long a wait , put in an application or move on without being rude.

We ordered online and got cancelled,so I went to the store and ordered. My order was taken, the girl was sweet, she had no help that I could see...no drivers she was the onl y one working but anyway.... Our pizza and wings was not right.. we ordered pan but got hánd toss which taste like cardboard, the didn't have enough sauce on them I'm sick of paying for stuff I can't eat!

I rarely review a place, but there are definitely COVID-19 violations here regarding cleanliness and the wearing of masks, but mostly the lack of quality service and overt unprofessionalism to note. I ordered two large thin crust pizzas, and upon picking them up, both pizzas were completely wrong and appeared to be old. I called the store to inform them of this, and they agreed to remake the pizzas. However, when I arrived back to pick up the corrected order, I noticed that none of the employees were wearing masks, hair nets, or even gloves! They were literally handling customers’ food without any appropriate protection, —one of the staff even opened the door using her bare hand and then proceeded to handle the dough! I was absolutely disgusted. Dominos needs to do a more comprehensive vetting of their employees, because the ones working between 3PM - 5PM on 1/17 had no PPE, and were visibly cross contaminating! It’s disconcerting that no one here is taking COVID-19 seriously and the way in which they are handling the food should greatly affect their rating. I would strongly advise persons wanting pizza to seek another location. Do not risk your health coming, or ordering food from here!

Every year a friend gives me a Domino's gift card for Xmas. And every year I am reminded why I only order from them when it is free, and this past Xmas has changed that dramatically. I will never use those gift cards again because I will never order from Domino's again in my life. The order I placed was for a medium pizza and a chicken parm sandwich. the sandwich looked like something from a murder scene and the pizza was a formless mash of crust sauce and sparse accumulation of toppings in the very center of the object they labeled a pizza. I could not eat the pizza so I tried the sandwich and it was horrible. I cannot begin to describe how I felt when I arrived at the Domino's to pick up my order and the person that made it was obviously in more of a hurry to get out the door than to properly make my order. It was disgusting . . . the food and the service. the good thing is now I have something to give to a homeless person once a year.

Jaya was really friendly when I came to pick up my pizza but the deep dish pizza was half cooked and not even cut. I tried putting it in the oven to fix it and it didn’t help so I threw it away. I also asked for spinach on it and it had like 6 pieces of spinach. This was the second time this has happened at this location and I plan to call tomorrow and ask for my money back. I am sick of paying for things that I can’t eat. I literally ordered the same pizza while in GA over the weekend and it was SO delicious but this was a huge disappointment and a waste of my hard earned money.

Went to this location the other day with my children and ordered they’re favorites. Upon walking in staff were very friendly, took my order right away and gave me an estimated time my items would be ready. Went in 20 minutes later, grabbed our stuff and left. I say (3) stars because staff were playing around in the kitchen and wouldn’t give me my (paid) for drinks until my pizza was ready. I didn’t understand that because my children were thirsty and waiting BUT other than that it wasn’t bad.
