Food is ALWAYS fresh and most times. The dessert are usually GREAT!!!!!!!
I would give 5 stars but I order 3 shakes and 3 cones and the girl at the drive thru window didn't offer a drink carrier... Like me and my parents can hold an ice cream cone and shake in both hands. Other than that, no problems. Just use common sense.
The staff is rude.They messed up my order and then had the nerves to ask Me did I place my order correctly at the menu board

The girl working the drive through at close tonight was energetic, with an extremely pleasant personality and, a contagious smile. She was tracking orders very well and I could hear her inside ensuring that orders were organized and handed out to the correct people. As a former Zaxby's Assistant Manager, I can honestly say I wish I had staff like her when I as an AM at Zaxby's!
For the late evening sweet tooth, it's the peanut parfai for my wife and their blizzards for the boys and I.
I ordered 2 blizzards for $1.99 a piece that are on sale. I learned to ask what specials do you have. Blizzards were grear.
