Hard over done or something am sorry it's usually ok it was dryed out I paid 29$ i had paid for it and had to pull up front but that was ok I just didn't like how hard and dry it was but I will try it again because this is the one I used to love so maybe I came on the wrong day
They didn't tell me that family meal didn't come with biscuits and would not allow me to buy at window want me to get back in line at drive-thru. Made me very angry
The Chicken Was Fresh And Hot And Was Seasoned Very Well, With An Awesome Staff, I Would Recommend This Establishment For Your Family Food Needs Indeed.
I placed my order online for curbside, order was supposed to be ready at 11:45 needless to say I didn't get my order till 12:30. On top of that it was NOT RIGHT!! I truly hate paying my hard earned money for something I don't want!!
Inside not open so long line in drive thru. Chicken is worth the wait...spot on.
Workers were rude and nonchalant. When I called about missing parts of my order, she was flippant and gave a nonsensical response and promptly slammed down the phone…very rude. Also, I paid for three jalapeños, but received only two. This is definitely my last visit to Church’s. Perhaps more training in dealing with customers should be provided.
This place was disgusting. It took 15 min for me to get my food. They were rude when I asked for my change..that’s not even the worst part..I found hair in my food & my chicken had a bite in it. I can’t believe this place is still open.
Ownership doesn't hire enough employees to run the business. Everything takes 20 minutes to cook. They will have line around the building and two people working. Wish they would just reopen a new location with new ownership. Can't really blame the employees for that mess.
They got our order wrong, had horrible customer service, made us pay the $2 difference after drive 5 miles back to the store and then kept our change. We were supposed to get 8 cents back and she looked at my sister and said "you're good" and closed the window. I'm not worried about the 8 cents but but her attitude was just down right sorry.
Okra is never hot, and the one over on Adams Ave they drop cold food in hot grease. Only have spicy for twenty minutes and lamp warm chicken.
