Hadn't had Church's chicken in a long time .....I got the usual thing (chicken)and it was so good can't wait to go back
It's horrible. They don't have any condiments, they make you wait In line forever and they just give you whatever they have that's cooked. You'll be lucky to get the food that you want from this restaurant. O. Top of all of that the place is not clean it's nasty,dirty, and filthy.
Food was hot and fresh like always but you do have to wait but it's worth it

The chicken was hot. The poor woman was working by herself and the line was around the building.
Very poor service from your cashier inthe wibdow brought a half gallon of tea it was sour .i also ask for senior he said they don't give discount . east south blvd. Store.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Lady dressed in regular clothes told me drive thru only as a man in standing in with what appears to be a Christmas gift bag ordering food !! I mention when she tells me drive thru only we are hauling a huge fifth wheel and can NOT fit - she still was very rude and not accommodating!!! Pandemic is over !!! You’ve lost our money and you’ll lose more based off this review with the hundreds and thousands of truck drivers and travelers that will avoid your establishment purposely after reading the treatment we received… just as easy as her suggestion of my standing in a drive thru to Oder , she could’ve took my order and handed it nicely out the door. Due to her I will not patronize ANY Church’s chicken anywhere !!!
Never has spicy, the workers don't know the meaning of customer service. The 10 piece wasn't hot and had soggy skin not crispy. Overall they redid my order and I got fresh, tasty (hot) chicken. It was delicious!
