Rice was burnt and crunchy. Steak was more than rare and chewy. Not sure what’s up with their Coke machine, but the Coke and Dr. Pepper tasted horrible. They tasted like all the different flavors mixed together. Then, we had a coupon and the server told us we couldn’t use it, but her explanation as to why didn’t add up. So, to ensure she wasn’t mistaken, I asked to speak to the manager so he could explain it to me. And, I know, it’s become such a thing when someone asks to speak to the manager, but, in the end, the server was wrong. The manager very gladly discounted our check. From that point forward, the server had an attitude. She didn’t even say thank you when she handed me my change. Chili’s in Montgomery, Al. has not, and will never, change.
Waited forever to get our food. I think they were short of staff. Most of the food was pretty good, especially loved the mashed potatoes! The steak was supposed to be medium well but looked more medium rare! Only real complaint. The waitress seemed a little harried but she was friendly regardless.
Food was good but they need to stop advertising the free chips and salsa or nonalcoholic beverage daily for reward members if they don’t honor it. I went with my bf few days ago and asked about the beverage being complimentary since I signed up for the reward program. I was told by the server that it only applied to people with the discount reward in their account, well that defeats the purpose of signing up if I have to wait til they send me one. What’s the point of advertising that it’s daily no matter when you go that you would get one of the items for free if we would need the actual coupon in order to redeem it. That’s my only issue other than that everything else was good.
There was one server that took ownership for my server's table. I loved him. The hostess was unprofessional and wiped my table with a dirty rag and left water everywhere even on our seats. She brought me napkins for me to clean it myself instead of drying it. She was the WORST hostess I've ever experienced.
*DO NOT ORDER THE SAUSAGE*I just want to start off with saying that I LOVE Chilis. It is my favorite restaurant and normally the food is amazing but about a month ago I ate Chilis and I got the smokehouse combo and of course had to get the jalapeno sausage because it is amazing and I'd never had any problems with it before. My fiance and I shared it and we both got immensely sick afterwards. Throwing up, diarrhea, etc. As I said I love Chili's and before this had never had any problems so I assumed that it had been an accident not cooking it well enough. So I ordered it again today and this time my fiance was eating something else so I was the only one eating the sausage and nos I am immensely sick again. They are obviously not cooking the sausage welland it's a health hazard! DO NOT ORDER THE SAUSAGE! I will not be ordering it again.
The Food gets 5 ?..the staff gets 2 ?..It was the weekend so expect it to be busy..but we have entered back to normal and Chili's hasn't gotten the memo yet..a half hour wait..open tables between guest..uuuh why? We still doing the Covid skip a table..that is money you could be getting..We waited under an hour..got a booth and our waitress was quick with drinks and our food but trash with checking on tables..getting her attention was a challenge and she looked sleepy..but what saved her and got her the tip was food..half order steak fries appetizer and the spinach queso and amazing guacamole..bacon burger with fries..penne pasta..mexican street corn and a bar drink with waters..not bad for 60 bucks..I might return but I definitely will recommend..

Food and drinks was great me and my fiance had the 2 for 25 they even have where u can substitute your drink for a margarita we will be doing date night there tonight
The young lady was sweet but had very subpar customer service, she was just basically there. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and the chicken was cold. We ordered French fries for the baby we had to just take to go because they never came out. My old man got the mango chicken and it was not good. I will never eat there again.
Service was awful. Our waitress never checked on us. We had a soda that tasted moldy and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get it changed out and also had no utensils for our meal. Also, what's the point of asking if we'd like something as an appetizer if it comes out at the same time as a meal?After several dirty napkins, we waited so long to pay and get out that we decided to go to the host just to find ANYONE that would even help us. As soon as we stand up, the waitress rushes up with the tablet as if she thought we were going to dine and dash. Discouraging anyone from coming to this location.
