I always enjoy visiting the Eastchase chick-fil-a. This is one of there busier restaurants but they always manage to get you in and out in a decent timeframe. They have a great bunch of young people working there. I've seen them tired after a long they but they are always polite and remind me that it "my pleasure ". Btw, the food is always nice and hot!
Had a good conversation with Thomas in the drive through. The order was fast. But when I opened chicken mini box none of the chicken was in the minibiscuits. It was like they just threw them in. Tasted good though.
So this Chick-fil-A has an express lane for mobil orders which would of been great but when we entered the property from the back of the store there were no signs for the express lane so we got stuck in the regular drive thru which took forever - over 30 minutes. So if you are headed there with a mobile order stay to the outside lanes and eventually you will find the entrance to the mobile express lane. Otherwise the food was great. Just need better signs/directions.
Very helpful, Nice,fast no waiting in line inside. Got our food fast and it was Fabulous. Very clean store?❣️10Stars for sure ❣️ Everyone needs to watch them and see what the Word TEAM WORK MEAN 's?? .Then other places would stay OPEN and have Happy Customer's and Employees ❣️??
Chick-fil-A is a perpetual favorite of ours. The staff is friendly and the food is just good! We arrived and ordered just before a bus load of teenagers arrived, and the staff didn’t get bogged down at all. They took the rush with grace and ease. Well done, Chick-fil-A staff!
6/10/22’ 4:47pmjust left this chick fil a, i have never in my life had as bad of service as i did today. the experience was awful the workers were disrespectful and simply are incapable of doing a good job. word of advice, stop hiring people who just wanna get paid and start hiring people who actually care about their job becuase not a single soul in this place cares. do better. extremely disappointed. got my order wrong not once but TWICE and it after paying twice and still not having all my food i decided to just leave. will never be back
Wow... got my food 4 minutes after entering the parking lot!!!Unfortunately, this location has challenging vehicle traffic flow to negotiate since the lot is small. Took me 8 minutes to finally get out of the parking lot? lol!!!Not complaining; they do a great job given the challenge of their location.First world problems...
It was super packed around 1 pm but my wife went inside and it was not bad. She only grabbed a meal for our daughter which was grilled nuggets with fries and lemonade. I believe it took her about 8 minutes. Which was somewhat impressive considering how much traffic the restaurant had.
Great food but the express lane unfortunately is not express by any stretch. I have used this line about 10 times now, and it would’ve been faster just to go through the regular line every single time. There’s always someone stuck at the front for 10 plus minutes, and no one behind them can exit. Extremely frustrating. Nice employees as always though!
Normally a really good experience and swift. This last time I had to switch from the Express lane to picking up the food from the inside. That change seemed to make things more difficult and had me waiting a good bit longer than normal.
