Midtown/Ann Street is absolutely the best Chick-fil-A ever! John is amazing and everyone he trains to work there always end up being outstanding also. We Love the entire crew and midtown Chick-fil-A. I eat here daily most days twice a day.
Just simply awesome!!! The service is dutably outstanding and the management team works in a great cohesive Union to help get you the best service that you have ever desired to have. All I can say is what a awesome place to enjoy amazing food
Employees are courteous, fast, and friendly. They have a great drive thru system. Food is great. Great experience all around. My go to Chick-fil-A in Montgomery.
I drove from Prattville to this Chick-fil-A location at the request of my 4 year old son. He wanted to play on the indoor play structure. I should have followed my first mind and drove on to Eastchase. Upon entering the establishment I read on the door that table service was offered it this location, not that we necessarily needed it. However, that was great because we were dining in. I walked to the register the cashier just stood there looking at me, I then informed her that I'd like to place an order, so I did. I received my order in a bag that read "carry out", I didn't think much of it as I waited for my shake. After a couple of minutes, a young man attempted to hand me my shake with the shake running down all sides of the cup, it was all over his hands as well. I refused to accept it, asking him would he clean the cup off. It was so awful the cashier requested someone else to make the shakes, so they ultimately just made me a new shake. Problem solved.... So I thought! After I had eaten and my son finished playing, he was ready to eat. We went back up to the counter to place an additional order for his meal, I then asked the cashier if she would put my son's order on a tray because we were dining in, she asked the manager, the manager shook her head, No. I then asked the manager myself, did Chick-fil-A not provide trays for the customers that dined in, she looked at me shaking her head and said, "No", again. I simply replied, "Okay". My son and I sat in the dining area as he ate out of his bag, too. During this time the manager spoke very rude and loudly as she took a complaint phonecall from a customer by the name of Alvin. We were sitting in the 2nd to the last table, on the left side closet to the indoor play structure, and were able to hear her word for word. This is ridiculous! Piss poor management!
Food is great of course! Drive thru service is not efficient. It's best to use app and go inside to pick up. One of the girls who work in the morning is not friendly. No "My Pleasure". Since this location is in my daily route, I go at least 2 days a week.
We both ordered a #2 regular and they tried to upgrade us to the deluxe without asking. Also they didn't ask if we wanted condiments. But the food was good as usual.
Chic-fil-a's food is very consistent in quality and is delicious. They keep their drive through lines moving with only short pauses in movement, and they are friendly, patient, and helpful. I have made them my go to place!
This location is fine. Get rid of the young lady called, Faith. She clearly doesn’t want to be here to work. Or, to be overly generous, put her in the dish pit. Rude AF.
Great place to eat great customer service and they get you in and out my favorite place to eat. We love this place. Eat there at least 3 times a week breakfast and lunch
