Staff could be a bit friendlier, but overall good experience.
Food is great. Service is fast. One cashier got upset because she could not remember my name! She eventually did! They are fast as most people that visit are on lunch as was I. Never have to worry about food but I check for condiments. You have to with all fast food restaurants nowadays.

This Chick-Fil-A does it right!!!Crispy chicken, crispy fries, sweet tea and lemonade. I wish I had gotten the vanilla milkshake but I was so full! Great location, indoor and outdoor seating available and excellent customer service! I'll be back!

The staff members, building and parking lot were all okay. The time in the drive thru was fair.The reason for the 4 stars is because I was extremely disappointed in my mac and cheese. This was my first time trying it and I had heard that it was worth the money and wait in line. Maybe I caught them at a bad time but mine was awful and got thrown away. It was extremely dry and I received a lot of the burned corners which did not help the appearance. I tried to add some water, which I shouldn't have had to do, but that didn't help. It just made it messy. I've also noticed that in some instances I've felt like I'm being ripped off. For example, the nuggets have gotten so small that they don't even look like nuggets. They look like a hand full of tiny rocks in a box. I realize a lot of places have cut back on quantity but, my goodness man, this was a drastic cut back. Very disappointing. Even though the quantity and quality is no longer associated with the Chick-fil-A name, I must say that the environment is always very well maintained.
I'm not a big fan of this place, however, I must admit the fried chicken nuggets are great. They have a very good and flavorful taste. I was very surprised at how good they actually were. The staff was very professional and courteous. There was a very positive and warm feeling in the air.
That place downtown RSA, no way stop there. I prefer friendly people their staff sucks!
