Chicken was cold.
From my experience, they've always done things at a good pace and accordingly. I've personally never had much issue with service, and it's really the only other place on campus I go to eat other than the cafeteria.

Great Grilled chicken sandwich!
Was not very happy with the cashier. She would not pay attention while I was taking my order and I had to repeat myself a number of times.
