We love this Chappys! The service is ALWAYS super fast and the food is awesome! We have four small children who also love to eat here and the servers always go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable for BOTH parents and kiddos (aka they will bring crackers or small snacks to help occupy screaming children and some even do little jokes or magic tricks etc while they are waiting on their food which also comes out SUPER fast... always a win for any parents with kids that are usually hard to take out other places lol) A+++!
Portions sort of small, my Texas cheese steak on hoagie roll was tiny, and about a handful of chips. It was very good though, including the stuffed egg halves, just not a very filling meal. My husband had a similarly small veggie burger and a mere smattering of fries, his meal was thankfully also tasty though. We'd gladly pay more for bigger portions. The dab of complimentary soft serve ice cream laniape is a fantastic touch. The waitstaff and (most of) checkout cashiers at the Pepper Tree location are extremely warm and friendly, very refreshing experience.
The food and service was great everyone was so friendly. The restaurant was clean and neat. Just a great all around experience.
6 minutes off the freeway, great food in a cute diner. I took mine to go and kept moving, glad I chose something new, it was delicious and people were friendly!
Look sometimes I love Chappys and the next time I just like it. I went for breakfast on Wednesday morning and had the breakfast quesadilla and it was fantastic. It was so good I went back Thursday morning for breakfast and got the same thing. It wasn't nearly as good.
Seated and served quickly. Food was fresh and came quickly. Order was wrong, item missing, but had to ask to find server to return. Item was corrected, but that was last time our server appeared. Drinks were not refilled, no silverware nor plasticeare was given, and only two paper napkins for the table. Had busboy refill drinks and someone who had never come to our table brought our check. The only final saving grace was being able to pay from my phone, or who knows how long we'd have to wait for that...we'd probably still be waiting at our table right now.Note that this was the polar opposite of the excellent service we have always received at the Perry Hill location.
I hate picking up orders here. They're never ready and it's irritating because customers are mad with drivers as if it's our fault their food late. Do better!!
Good diner fare with some NYC deli style. Big selection of stuff. Free ice cream. What now could you want?
Had my first experience here today. Enjoyed the double cheese bacon burger. The food was good and the service was exceptional. Jessica was our waitress and was prompt, cordial, and attentive!
The food was great and the service too... Recommended..
