Food was hot & fresh. Personnel was friendly & professional

Tried to get something to eat by using the drive thru 1st. Sat there in drive thru for over 10 mins no one answered me or took my order then parked and tried to enter all doors were locked but there were people inside and I had just talked to an employee outside. Nothing.... So I finally just left

Mobile order was said to be ready at 5:22pm. Arrived and they hadn't even looked at it. Customers in drive thru had come and gone and o still waited 45 minutes after I arrived.

I went through the drive-thru, I should have checked my order before I left. When I got home I forgot to say I ordered the #4 with a double order of mac and cheese. I was not told there was an up charge the mac and cheese. I was charged twice for the double order. Staff should let customers know of extra charges.

Well it says they were open and they weren't lights were on nobody was there I walked from the hospital cuz my boyfriend really wanted that food and I wanted the hush puppies so bad but when we got when I got there finally nobody was there not on the doors went to the drive-thru but nobody there that might be a reason why they didn't answer their phone but it says they're open I was actually pretty angry but I couldn't leave this review unless I put one star on there

Drive thru only. Meals cooked only when ordered, therefore each customer has to wait.Very busy, therefore cars were backed up to order window.Foods GOOD!

After waiting in line for over twenty minutes to order our food, we were told to “wait” once again. After waiting an additional five minutes I blew my horn. The so-called General Manager come out the back door asking me “did I blow the horn” I answered yes and he made an aggressive and nasty gesture for me “to leave”. I told him that I have been waiting for over twenty minutes and I wasn’t just going to “pull off” after waiting so long and asked him repeatedly for his name which he refused to give me. His explanation was there was only 2 people working. And that I must “leave” in an aggressive manner and began to curse at me and my family. If not for the persistence of my wife I would have addressed his foul behavior in kind. Needless to say I Shall Not return to this location. How can You Operate a restaurant with only two employees. If this is the quality of a “manager” or “General Manager” then this should be brought to the attention of The Regional Manager. As far as the Conduct and Behavior of this Employee, it is Totally Unacceptable and Should be addressed Internally by someone from Corporate.

Came here and the first mistake was not checking our plates. Instead of telling us they were out of hush puppies or whatever the case may be, they stuck bread in the plate. Guess they didn't have a side we wanted either and substituted that as well without telling us. Fries were cold and soggy, fish was cold and soggy.

Great place great food really surprised me I thought it was like a fast food place and it is fast food but good food first time ever eating there
