Ordered the classic cheeseburger and the mix of fries and onion rings. All of it was fantastic but the onion rings were as good as I've ever had. Ordered it to be ready for pick up at 11:30. Pulled in about 11:26 and it was immediately brought out to me.
I’m not a fan of the hamburgers, but the chicken sandwiches are delicious!! You should try them ( with any of the fries they have) there all delicious. Also they have multiple milkshakes to pick from their delicious as well. The customer service was amazing, super helpful and kind. The inside is very clean.
Always love their burgers. Quick yet made to order! Awesome selection of veggie and impossible burger options great for vegans and vegetarians. Great if you need something a tad bit more affordable and quicker than Red Robin.
The restaurant was 'okay'. I had the beyond burger, which was good. The patty was juicy and flavorful. The bun was a little thick and had the logo branded in the bun. The fries were also just okay - not salted. The location was out of the grilled chicken and avocado menu options. Very little variation available- I wanted a kid size fry only available on the kid's meal. I had already ordered1 with the fruit cup and asked if I could pay extra for the fruit cup and was told no. Ended up getting the regular sized fry. My friends were dissatisfied with the thickness of their burger patties. They were very thin, almost the size of a Steak'n Shake patty. For the price, that was very disappointing. Plus was that they had Robert Mondavi wine!
Hot, fresh and delicious! This is my first visit to BurgerFi and I’m writing the review as I eat. Friendly folks running the store and it’s clean and neat. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries and a drink. Food was out fairly quickly and tasted fantastic! The fries are fresh cut and had just the right amount of salt. I ordered the regular size and it’s definitely enough to share. Can’t wait to come back!
Customer service at this Montgomery location was absolutely top notch...which really stands out in our current times when staffing is bare bones and so many of the normal niceties of dining out are missing. Thank you for a genuinely great experience today Montgomery Burgerfi!! We spoke to the manager and he spoke with such pride and honor to serve people with quality service, even his employees exemplified this attitude. Again, a great experience!
Great fries!If you’d like a relatively fast but not “fast food” burger with more options, BurgerFi is a great choice.Eastchase has A LOT of burger places you can choose from, but I often find myself coming to burgerfi. Love their airy and crispy fries! If you get the garlic aoli ones even better! They have beyond meat and veggie pattie burger choices along with wagu beef. I usually get the classic burgerfi burger with cheese. Unless otherwise stated all the burgers come with double meat. They also have chicken sandwiches, hotdogs, and tenders.Since Covid, most people carry their meals out. During the week people on lunch break eat in. The front staff is usually friendly. They no longer have public bathrooms, this might also be a Covid measure.
I enjoyed my first experience with BurgerFi. I had the SWAG burger and it was delicious. It was spicy but not too spicy where you couldn't enjoy it. The cut & fry was seasoned well and I thoroughly enjoyed it as well. I will definitely be returning to try more ☺
Not your typical fast-food hamburger joint! Fresh, healthy, and delicious food. We tried Burgers for the first time tonight and after reading the reviews, I got a veggie burger and urban fries. Delicious!! Thank you for cardboard straws, too. Will definitely come back when we pass through Montgomery next time.
This is not our first experience with BurgerFi, but it may be our last. What we have learned is that when they are good, they are really good, but there is no middle ground. They are either really good or really bad. This location was terrible.While I did appreciate the fact that the order taker was wearing a mask (none of the people preparing the food were wearing them) , he got two of our burgers wrong and there was cheese on both of them. They were of course the burgers for our two youngest. They remade them, but the toppings were sparse. The trouble continued when my wife tried to get some mayonnaise from the dispenser. It was out, so I told the order taker. He went over to the machine without gloves or washing his hands and removed the lid. It looked like he was trying to massage the bag. His dirty hands were all over the dispenser including the tip where the condiment is dispensed. No mayonnaise for us after that.I ordered the breakfast all day burger. While I like eggs on my burgers, I also prefer them cooked. As soon as I touched my burger, the yolk erupted and created a soggy mess. This complimented the soggy hash brown cake that was on the bun along with the thinnest burger I believe I have ever eaten. I couldn't even taste the burger. The only thing that offered a diversion from the soggy pile of mush was the burned bacon that looked like it had been pushed to the corner of the griddle for a couple of hours.My son's beyond meat burger was good. Perhaps they should switch to a vegan menu.
