We're out of French toast sticks for the rest of the month.
Was eating my breakfast sandwich and felt hair in my mouth. Sure enough as I'm gagging, I found a long brown hair and I am bald, so I knew it wasn't mine. Please check your food before taking a bite.
I've ordered 3 double cheeseburgers with no bun and heavy mustard for the last 5 years at multiple Burger Kings. When I ordered the same thing here, the lady said they can't put mustard on them without the bun. I asked why and she just told me thank you pull forward. I tried negotiating at the window and with the worst attitude she finally said they can't because of presentation. So I asked for a bunch of mustard packs. She said they can give me 3. I said that won't be enough and she closed the window on me. Management, please fix this.
Sometimes they don't open the store on time, their employees are late. When you order something they cut you off and tell you your total and to go to the window before you even have a chance to tell them you want to order other things. They hand you your food and close the window immediately before you can even say you want ketchup. They don't ask you if you would ketchup or anything, customer service is lacking.

If you're wanting chicken sandwiches, look elsewhere. Everytime I come here, they are always out.
The employee Barbara was very rude to my mom and I when we ordered food. Just very rude.
Wish the specials that are on the windows and I can't see from the drive thru are visible for ordering
We have come many times over the past year and a half and every single time we come the employees have bad attitudes, half of the menu is not available, and they take a long time. This Burger King shouldn’t be on base!
I should've checked the bag before we left but not only did they get our orders wrong, 2 Bacon Kings plane (No ketchup or mayo), but we didn't have a receipt in the bag either.It's been a long day and I just wanted a plane burger because I'm simple as hell but condiments always make me gag no matter how I try to eat with them. I get that sometimes the order is wrong but why no receipt?
