I bring my 13 year old grandson here a lot because it's his favorite. I love it too! Service and food are always great! Ashley is always the best! She even knows our order every time! Great experience every time!
This May be a chain restaurant, but it is far more reliable than many of the chains in Montgomery. The service is pretty consistently good, the chicken is good and what you expect from B Dubs. The lunch specials on weekdays rival the price of fast food but have superior quality. Ashley is a great server!The new Bird Dawgs and Mountain Dew Legend (and Legendary Long Island) are fantastic new additions to the menu; give them a try!
10/10 recommend!! We live in Alabama, but live a few hours away and I had my dog with me. I was trying to figure out what we were going to do and I just happened to ask the lady at the front if I could come in and have my dog sit under my feet because my dog is very well mannered. She did not hesitate to ask management for us. We had a larger group of people and needed quite a few chairs and the patio was closed. Our waitress did not hesitate to respond with YES and asked us if we would prefer to sit out on the patio. She opened the patio for us and was such a blessing. She made sure my puppy had water and did not fail to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. i drive trucks for a living and love Buffalo wild wingd but this place is pathetic!! Burger was half raw and wings were over cooked with the wrong seasoning.
Ordered to go, got home to eat and my boneless wings have absolutely no sauce on them. This is absolutely pathetic. Ranch wasn’t even half way full. This location sucks! I haven’t had good experiences with the Prattville location and I was hoping that Montgomery was better! It’s not! This is what $20 gets you at BWW. Cold hard food that has no sauce on them. This location needs immediate attention
Me and my girls family came to this location hoping for an experience to remember. Instead I received cold food. I ordered a 15 pc traditional wings with fries and ultimate nachos that were cold and my girl ordered an American burger which was fine. I was completely upset with the food. The cooks began to cut shut the kitchen down @10:30pm and they close @12. Someone really needs to look for better cooks sand management for this location. I wish I couldn't actually enjoyed my food.
This review is for the restaurant manager Kiana. She should really learn how to talk to customers. We have been waiting for over 40 minutes. All we were asking if we can sit but she said no workout even listening to our question. We are here for a birthday party and they have open tables. They are sitting people coming after us and they are not answering why they are doing that.The restaurant is as good as the management and people working there. This manager Can bring this restaurant down.
I went there to celebrate my birthday, they said that there’s a 50 min wait and after waiting for around an hour, we still couldn’t get the seats. To my surprise they were letting other people who came after us in and they got the table. We talked to the manager but she was so rude and declined our any requests to accommodate. A friend of mine had a little kid who was hungry and no help from the restaurant. Absolutely the worst customer service.
Don’t!This place is terrible but if you need to burn a few hours of your time it might be your jam! From the rude hostesses that act like you are bothering them to the bartender who has absolutely no hustle at all…I mean we never received the appetizer we ordered my guess he forgot to put the order in, they are out of a ton of beer choices (not his fault) and everything takes forever!!! Thankfully it’s a corporate menu and the food is good that’s why we gave them 1 star otherwise it would be a 0. Yikes!! Good luck y’all
The featured cocktail is very tart with lemon and lime so it is not one of my favorites but the onion rings are the BEST!
