I went here on two separate occasions over the last few days and both experiences were great! My first server was Tina and she was excellent off the bat! We ordered wings and numerous sides. Today, I believe our server was Jasmine who again provided efficient and friendly service. We ordered the all-American burger and the southwest egg rolls. I also met one of the managing Partners, Ken, who was ensuring patrons were having a quality experience. The staff was friendly and the food was great.I've been to other establishments that have been in this location over the last 10 years. I say give them a try!
The service was great! The food... Not so much.I am convinced that much of the food is frozen. We ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and when they arrived, they were still cold in the center. We told our waitress and she said, "they are still frozen?". She preceeded to take them back to get them "heated more". After discussing it with my wife, we decided to cancel that appetizer order since they were frozen. I told our server we didn't want them anymore and she said she would still bring them, but take them off our check. When we got them, half were overcooked with the cheese already oozed out, and some others were still congealed. We had about two that were good.We asked her if the chicken was frozen and she laughed and said no. We ordered boneless wings and traditional wings, along with sweet potato fries and garlic parmesean fries. The traditional wing meat was grisly while the boneless meat tasted frozen. The sauces/dry rubs left much to be desired, with the lemon pepper wings being extremely lemony, enough to make your face pucker. The sweet potato fries were super crispy and dark, which makes me think they were also frozen. The garlic parmesean fries were decent; nothing great about them. Our meal was around $40, which is more expensive than most wing places near it.All in all, the service was great and the Pepsi was good, along with the corn, but that's pretty much it. Based on what we ordered, we will not be coming back and will not recommend this restaurant to any family or friends.
I asked the waitress, "how do you remember the order by memory"? Her response, "it's easy after a while." Result - a single ordered drink which she forgot that finally came 20 minutes after ordered, which was right after food that arrived 20 minutes late. The dressing was wrong which took another ten minutes to fix. We heard "we're so busy" but only 7 tables had any people. Service was horrendous. Food tasted horrendous; too salty, luke warm, poorly presented. Would never, ever go back, and I don't recommend you waste your time either. Just buy a cold hot dog in a supermarket, you'll have a better experience.
Ordered ahead, food wasn't ready at given time but that's ok, I understand every business is short staffed. Waited 20 more minutes before I received my food. Decided to check it and it was missing all sides, dessert sauce, toast, ranch and honey mustard. Another 15 minute wait and I received a bag of lukewarm fries, cold toast and half full ranch cups. By now of course my wings and tenders are cold as well. I didn't even send the food back because I was just over it. Meanwhile up front a employee named Josh according to his name tag was going on a vent about taking orders, running the cash register, getting orders and being overworked. The bright side is I used a coupon so I was only out of $12 after tipping. But I expected better food and service. I understand that restaurants are short staffed and deserve some grace but If I display patience, pay what is expected, tip as expected then I want my food as expected as well. Maybe I'll try them again in the future during lunch but having to warm up a waited on to go order is not cool.
I had the blackened grouper tacos. They were pretty good. The beer was nice I wasn't sure if they chill the glasses but it could have been slightly colder for me.The tacos came with chips and "salsa" but me and my friends tried it. It has no flavor at all. Just tasted like canned tomatoes. No cilantro, jalapeno, or anything. There are other things I want to try on the menu so I'll be back.
The service and hospitality is wonderful. The food is great
Food was very good and didn’t have to wait long. Husband had the wing platter and said everything tasted good. The rice bowl with grilled chicken was also good. Excellent customer service. Waitress was very attentive and manager was nice.
There was a maximum of 10 customers in the entire restaurant so they were not at all busy. 50 minutes after ordering and we still did not have our food, we asked the bartender to check on it. She came back and told us the kitchen lost the order. My husband in frustration and angry because he was starving said, "Fine, we are leaving." To which she shrugged and said, "Okay." At no point did she offer to make them rush the order or even refund us. So I interjected and insisted that she get the kitchen to make the food because we were extremely hungry at this point. This is when she made us re-tell her what our order was all over again which is evidence that she never put the order in to begin with. Then when the food arrived, it was COLD and I still never received my salad. The worst part? I asked for a manager and the bartender said, "She already heard you. She's going to comp you something." So I never got to speak to the manager. Oh, and our comp? She gave us 15% off. Absolutely horrendous! We do not want coupons or gift cards. We want our money back.
Great menu. Great service. Take advantage of the 30% off of food and drinks during Happy Hour. You will not be disappointed.
