Waited 1.5 hours for food, got a partial order and had to receive a refund. There were about 10 other people waiting for orders and none seemed to be fulfilled.
Would give less than one star if I could. The place was not clean tables (sticky), floors and restrooms. we watched an employee come in the front door and walk in the kitchen which is visible from the order line and not wash his hands then go to the drink station get a drink for himself and started busing tables while drinking his personal drink and dropping items on the floor from the tables he was cleaning. Most of the employees look homeless and on ?? drugs. The short bald headed guy with only one long tooth in his entire mouth was rude. I'll never eat there. I'm sure with them not wearing a mask and having no teeth there is spit in every pizza. ?
Great food and environment — pleasantly surprised when I arrived The establishment is trendy and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating even though they were very busy. There is an outdoor area that was very popular with corn hole and tables in the shade. Inside there is plenty of seating. Food quality was really good and affordable. Downtown parking can be tricky but there are some spaces close by.
I had a horrible experience at Bibb St Pizza yesterday. The service was awful, management was very rude. I will never patronize this establishment again and I will make everyone I know does the same.
My family and I stopped at a campground in Montgomery Alabama to stay the night on our trip down to Mississippi. We had been on the road for a long time and didn't want to cook so we ordered pizza from Bibb Street Pizza Company. Let me just say it was delicious!! The sauce was so good, the cheese and toppings were the right amount and tge flavor all around was amazing! Delivery was fast and easy, even in a campground.
Really good pizza and the lunch slices are really big. The greek salad was VERY good as well. It’s like Sams and papa johns mixed together. It’s like Good Papa John sauce w/Sams toppings. This picture is of the antipasto salad it was very good as well $7. Th cannoli was good as well $3 UPDATE: on 3/13 I ordered again and it was NOT good. It was cold and nothing like the first time I purchased it. I contacted management and they told me thanks for letting them know. Really? I just paid $45 for 2 pies that didn’t taste good and that’s all you have to say????
I was expecting great pizza but it was not very good. We ordered a regular cheese and a white pizza along with a Greek salad....not sure the white pizza had any garlic on it as it was supposed, and the Greek salad was definitely not Greek...they threw a bunch of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on it as if that made it Greek. Pizza was not good... You can tell they aren't cleaning the ovens ... the bottom of both pizzas were black and burnt and there was a bunch of residue under the pizza which did not help the taste. Serve was never great, but it was basically none existent. Definitely not the Bibbs Pizza I remember. I guess the less than full parking lot on a Saturday night should have clued me in.
I wish I would have remembered to share a picture, but I always love visiting here. Pizza is made to order. They have a good lunch combo if you're downtown during the lunch hour. It's two slices of pizza and a drink for 8$. Slices of pizza are fairly large, (not quite Costco size, but definitely requires a plate per slice of pizza). Staff is friendly. Food comes pretty quickly for being made to order. Pizza is more of a thin style. My personal favorite is their sausage pizza because they use the shreds instead of the meatballs. You should give them a try if you haven't or if you're in town.
The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. Four of us ordered in a row and then a large group ordered after us. My three friends got their food and then the group after us started getting their food. After waiting another fifteen minutes I took my order to the front and asked about my food and they looked completely dumbfounded that I hadn't gotten my food. They looked in the oven and said my pizza was in there and it would be at least another 8 minutes. I had also ordered garlic knots and still hadn't received them, and one of my friends ordered a salad and they hadn't brought it out. I told them about both items and I felt like I was met with hostility. I wasn't trying to be rude at all, I just politely asked for the food I had paid for. The pizza was decent, but I won't come back.
The best pizza in town hands down. Great service. Busy during lunch and dinner so order early. Good beer on Draught. Worth the drive downtown
