Food was dry n overcooked
Only went through drive thru for fries and a coke. Cashier was courteous and did not rush me through my order. Fries were hot and soda was cold. I'm not an Arby's fan but I will go back.
I wanted to try their new sandwich, the hamburger, it was very good. I will get it again. The drive thru was crowded, so I went inside. Service was slow due to not enough people but they did the best they could.
Thief working in the drive through.Stopped and got a milkshake last night. My card was never charged by Arbys. Woke up this morning to a fraud call from my bank. They attempted to a clone of my card at a gas station and Hibbett sports.
The food was ok but the service is really slow and attendant at the drive through was not very friendly, Arby's is in need of help
They have some nice employees. A good experience for fast food.
I eat Arby's regularly and this location is a great place to grab a bite to eat.
No change for cash orders. When people give them change they cannot give the next person change back so they can order. So canceled order and walked out without food over ¢12. Not all people can afford to round up and give away money. Will not return.

I’m traveling from Columbus to Birmingham and had a craving for Arby’s ham and cheese croissant and potato cake . So I searched the nearest arbys that was opened.. google said they were opened so I got off the exit but they were closed… McDonald’s it is then?
