Was seated quickly. The riblets were good and hot. The waiter was outstanding. It had been a long time since I visited an Applebee's. Will definitely be back.
The food was okay the boneless wings was extra crispy/ hard & the chicken Alfredo was dry had to get extra Alfredo sauce and the chips was extra salty and the spinach dip was dry and the restaurant had an awful smell .
My shrimp was cold and , my mash potatoes were hot I wouldn’t recommend no one to eat here !!
Terrible Customer Service. Last night the server, Tiara, led my mother, my 2 kids & me to a dimly lit corner table. My friend joined us later. When my friend got up she tripped over a broom & dustpan that was leaning against the wall right next to the table. There was no space to avoid it-the wall was a foot away. No one expected a broom to be there! She was lucky she stepped over it getting to her seat, but lightning didn't strike twice as she got up to leave it. She hit the floor hard & needed a moment to recover. The server quickly called over the manager, an older guy with gray hair, & he asked if my friend was allright while removing the cleaning instruments & confirming they shouldn't have been stored there. Another male server came over & just stood there asking if my friend needed help while we were actually helping her to her feet. My mom quipped "free meal", & the manager shot her a dirty look & hurried away. Later my mom got up & nearly slipped on the slick floor, which Tiara saw. She rushed over & joked we had to be careful since "y'all dropping like flies." Not only did they make fun of an injury their negligence caused & they did nothing but stand there as we handled it ourselves, but they didn't even try to make amends by at least comping my friend's meal! They clearly don't care about their customers. Plus their food wasn't all that-the kids' alfredo was bland & ice cold, you could get better mozzarella sticks from the freezer aisle, & their "loaded" waffle fries were overcooked & only had a few specks of bacon drowned in tasteless white sauce. They'll never get another cent from me.
I feel like I have rated every other Applebee's in town but here goes. We came to this location on a Sunday afternoon with our little family and were seated right away. They were maybe at 25% capacity which after COVID is more like 50%. The food came out after a short wait to order and it looked like it had been prepared and sitting under heat lamps. The fries were crispy and stuck together, the chicken tenders were dry, and even my daughter's kraft mac and cheese looked thirsty. Over all the food and service were acceptable but it didn't inspire courage to return any time soon.

I had great service. Some food items were sent back do to being over cooked. The drinks were pretty good ?
Went in with a party of 6. Was told they only have 1 server so it would be too many people for her right then. We said okay no problem can we wait for a group to leave so she isn't pressed. They said sure. They then proceeded to sit 2 tables of 4 on that server then told us again that it would bee too much on the server....
I ordered the to go curbside pickup and got home the food was amazing! Very fresh, hot and worth it! The server girl Kayla always nice! Overall experience was great! I was happy with everything! I will most definitely be going back!
Brandon F was our waiter. He was very polite and on point with everything. Our drinks stayed full. He even went above and beyond one of our dishes he was bringing out he took back to the kitchen because he noticed the food was more done than he would like to serve so he made them recook it so we didn't get upset. I will go back only if he is our waiter.
