I always get the 6 finger meal. They have truly got the best chicken around. Always am pleased with service and the food.
The wings were great as always. They could stand to be a little more done, but the flavor is great!
I’m so sad to write this. I love zaxbys. I eat here often, and I get the same thing every single time. Great 8, bbq, heavy heavy bbq, make big with sweet tea and an extra ranch. When I’m in drive through they always pull through, in the morning shift! Night shift is slacking. They gave me old chicken tonight. My husband brought it up and asked to remake and he said the guy in the back didn’t seem to want to remake. Couple minutes later he brings me another plate. It tasted like more old chicken but fresh bbq sauce. It may not have been “that old” and okay to serve, but I eat here SO much that I know how it should taste and morning shift needs a raise, their chicken is always the best. Night shift, I gotta stop coming if it’s later in the day. It’s disappointing because I spend too much money here, but I love this food when it’s fresh. I will say a man came to my table as I was writing this and asked if it was better but I told him no, but it’s okay because I’m over it.
Great wings for a drive thru, best chicken tenders out of any chain other than Popeye's, coke freestyle machine, great selection of sauces, the fried pickles and fried mushrooms are awesome, their chicken sandwich is great too.
Love our Zaxby's! This location always has great service. Normally we get the grilled chicken sandwiches (be prepared to repeat if you are getting just the sandwich or the meal). This time we tried a platter of Zack fingers and were deliciously surprised. Great value, too.
They never get orders right. They are bad about not giving your drink though the drive thru. They are known to give customers cold fries. The manger,He is so rude about a remake. He will yell at his employees like he does his customers. There was 4 customers that walked out saying he was wrong. And should not be talking so loud saying he is always right. They told me that they will never return to this location. I agree.
I told them to place grilled chicken in my zalad they put fried. I told them no tongue torch sauce they still put it on and the fries were old.
I started going to this store because the airport store gave me cold chicken. Now this store has given me cold chicken. Foosacklys line wraps around the building. It is worth the wait. Hot food without fail such a simple thing. When I complained manager excused them saying they are just kids, yes indeed kids ruining your reputation and business model because the manager does not care anymore then those kids who left my chicken sitting cold on the counter. Do not bother they will not do anything about it especially the manger. Oh they were chasing a bee or fly or something.
This is by far the worst restaurant ever!! And the manager debrah so unprofessional and rude! They messed up my order and drilling me about a receipt!! Stuipd ppl dont know how to simply ready a screen and fix food accordingly? Then she said I don’t wanna hear all that but your dumb crew consistently messes up my orders!!!!!!!! Screw this Zaxby’s and the manager debrah rude ! B……
This has to be the most incompetent staff ever i live close by as this location is the closest to home, as always this restaurant STAY SCREWING up my order!like what is so difficult about following directions!! I get sick and tired of having to have my order remade because they fail to do it right the first time!! A group of slow individuals!
