Going to Zaxby's wasn't my first choice. But my wife wanted to give them another try. So I just ordered a 20 piece family meal, which is 20 tenders, 2 large fries, toast and sauce. The tenders and fries were what you'd expect from pretty much any other chicken tender place. But the "Zax sauce" was disappointing. Similar to Foosackleys and Cane's, but definitely not as good. It was just a step up from eating the tenders without sauce. Like they tried to copy them, but got the recipe way wrong. Or...... Foosackleys and Cane's copied the "Zax sauce," then made it alot better.I went through the drive thru, so I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant. But employees were trying to get people through quickly. When I arrived at the window, I could see that there were 5 employees working the front. 4 just in the drive thru side. Only 1 of them didn't seem to be doing anything other than socializing with another employee, who was working. And the 5th person was at the counter taking care of walk-in customers. However, it being 8pm on a Friday evening could explain why there were so many employees working the drive thru. Anyway the 2 employees that I interacted with seemed friendly.
The food was horrible. Like it was old. I stayed un the drivethru line for 28 minutes. 2 cars behind me left.
Great as always except, this time, the fries were a little under seasoned but hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and we were pleased to see unmasked smiles. It's time for everyone to drop the masks and let the smiles glow.
A little tricky to navigate to which has more to do with the roads and shopping center but once there the first impression is not positive. There were only a few people there but it was a little dirty. We decided to get our meal to go. It took longer than usual. This was our only visit to this store and the food was fine.
I frequent this location and I have never had an issue. The food is always great and the service is as well. The drive through does get busy at the usual lunch and dinner times though.
The wait was to long for my food. Made it down the interstate started eating my fries taste like I just open salt pack poured in my mouth. It was horrible

Had a mishap with ordering online where my phone cause the pickup time to be wrong but the manager Zach was very helpful and friendly. He and his other colleagues who helped (Spencer and Megan I believe) deserve a raise for being so friendly and polite on top of resolving the mishap ?✨
Lobby door open, but front counter not taking orders. Blonde Manger on duty very rude and unprofessional. Drive thru line wrapped around the building
The dine-in was shut down even though it said it was open. Waited on the drive-thru for 20+ minutes and the food was semi warm when it entered the car. I know because I ate a piece in the car otw home. But hey, at least they had chicken lol.
