Expensive. Love the Cobb zalad. I got 3 Cobb zalads and 1 medium drink. Cost over $35 but delicious.
they suck & drive through people are always rude
Zaxbys has really gone downhill with their chicken tenders and the overall quality of their food period .The last three times my husband and I hand gotten either the individual 3 piece chicken tenders with fries , the tenders are small , mostly batter , cold and sometimes not even cooked completely . Never Crunchy —never big , fries are getting even less and less per order , come on , in this day and time people can’t waste money on food they have to throw away ..The 6 piece tenders we’ve gotten twice is hugely pathetic - flat , over breaded tenders , limp never warm and never ever crispy anymore ..
Couldn't even get a name right so they are screaming a name for a customer that's not in here just to get my attention to tell me my foods ready then the order is screwed up. There was like 2 people even in the restaurant it's not even like they where busy.
Their sauces are fire my favorite is tossing the tendies in hot honey mustard
They have good chicken. They allow people to dine in again.
Honestly customer service was unprofessional and not accommodating. I order specifically online to not wait in line only to be told that they cannot bring it out nor can I come in and get it but that I have to wait in line behind at least 9 cars to pick up an order I made a head of time.
Worth the money to eat here but a little pricy $$$
Food is great almost 100% of the time,service is 100% 75% to 25% or blah. Most of the time it's 100% or 75% so don't worry about the others,it's a little pricey for what it is. But other than the two stated it's a plus and I suggest it.
they normally get my oder perfect but last night it wasn't good at all the fingers or the chicken wasn't dip properly and fries had just to much seasoning
