They just wish they were as good as foosackly

Service was excellent, servers were friendly and attentive, and restaurant was very, very clean. We go the Three Nibblerz meal, the Fried Pickles and the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich and they were hot, fresh and very delicious. Thanks for the great service and food! Keep up the great work and I'm sure you'll be seeing us back at your location!
The people in their act like they don't wanna be their. They are always out of large cups. Depending on who is fixing the food, it never comes out right. Bread barely toasted. If u ask to go bigger, they go smaller. And the employees play to much in the inside. I stopped going thru the drive thru and started going inside, because wen they see who it is, my food come out correctly.
The night manager closes up to two hours early every night. Some nights it's 30 minutes sometimes 2 hours. This has been going on for awhile. It's starting to get old. I'm sure a GM can look at transaction times and see that this is happening.
We got a box of chicken tenders and no sauce was offered at all. When we asked for some, they tried to charge us extra. Since when do they not offer sauce when you buy a box of tenders?? Customer service just ain't what it used to be or should be.
This is a good and simple chicken restaurant. I really like their chicken salad a lot. They also have good chicken tenders to have with side dishes. ( like the fries and fried pickle pieces) and their good sauces. The chicken and bread taste good. The place seems rather clean and safe and very popular.
The only reason I’m rating this place so low is because of staff changes. During my “short” tenure working at the local Walmart right across street, I used to come in every every other day for my usual; A Kickin’ Chicken sandwhich with Tongue Torch sauce. That was in 2019. Covid happened and ever since then, it’s been straight-up trial and error; if I ask for extra fries, I get less. If I ask for a Kickin’ Chicken sandwich, it’s not fully toasted. If it’s toasted, there’s damn near no sauce. I get extra fries; they’re unseasoned.Stop being lazy and do your job right. That’s all I ask.
I was told to pull up to the gate again. No one ahead or behind me. Waited 15 minutes this time and no food. No receipt either. I backed up my car to the window and saw an order with 2 black boxes sitting there hmmm . I asked for my receipt and my order. The cashier gave me my receipt and said waiting on your sides. 10 minute more wait, I mean how long do pickles take to fry? Gave me cold chicken again. They let my chicken sit on that counter instead of the warmer. Hot sides and cold chicken. Foosacklys never fails to give hot food and hot food wins. Your chicken taste better hot out the fryer like you used to do it.
